Very clean and nice hotel , professional staff but the price for parking is very expensive apart from that very good hotel

Nothing but good things to say about Holiday Inn Express in New Rochelle. Much cleaner, nicer than hotels we have stayed in Manhattan and The Bronx. Staff were polite and eager to be helpful. Continental Breakfast was excellent. Very affordable on site valet parking

Good location, excellent staff. Too bad about the $17 parking fee, but it is what it is. Beds were comfortable, ADA shower was just fine.

This looks to be a very new hotel and is in excellent condition - very clean. I'm not sure about the surrounding neighborhood, as we arrived at 10:30 pm and checked out at 9 am.....this was a quick stop while passing through the area. Staff was friendly, check in was easy, and our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Very modern, trendy design. Bathroom was clean and met our needs. Breakfast was great - lots of choices and they had small bags so that we could take items to go, as well. The only thing we didn't like was the parking arrangement. We're not used to big cities and parking garages (this one cost $17 per day). We would prefer to self park and this garage only had valet parking available. We don't like other people having access to our keys and vehicle, so this was unsettling for my husband, especially. But overall, it was a clean and safe place to spend a night on the way through the NYC area.

Excellent, but, too many kids yelling around the bedrooms

It's a decent enough hotel, but parking is really really weird. There's a self-service parking lot... somewhere nearby. When I asked, I got three different answers, none of them useful. I believe it may be in a small parking lot behind a house across the street, but I'm not sure because I couldn't tell which house across the street as there were three, and none of them had signs. There's reasonably convenient valet parking in the garage next door, and the doorman definitely preferred I go there, but I'm never a fan of valet parking. Other than that, it was a perfectly serviceable hotel, no complaints, nothing special.

Was an absolute HORRIBLE experience. My family and I booked a double bed five days prior to our arrival for us to show up there and tell us they have NO DOUBLE BEDS AND THAT WE COULD NOT BE ACCOMMODATED!!!! So there we were at 12am with an infant with no place to go. And the lady at the front desk could care less telling us the manager of the hotel was only available on Monday (it was Saturday). Absolute JOKE!!!! Never will be using an holiday inn EVER again!!!

It was a great experience! The room was beautiful. I especially loved the bathroom. We had a view of the water. It's was great. I will be coming back!

I actually called you guys complaining about the stay The check-in clerk was horrible The whole process of checking in took almost 2 hours. We tried upgrading our room because we needed a bathtub we were told only the suites had tubs we went downstairs to upgrade the room just to be told we needed to contact hotels.com being that we booked the reservation through a third-party vendor. Hotels.com called the hotel but the clerk felt no need to inform us after speaking to hotels.com left us sitting in the lobby waiting,I had to once again approach the desk just to be told by her oh no I spoke with hotels.com and I explained to them we have no rooms available, this is after she led us to believe rooms were available and all I needed to do was contact hotels.com for the upgrade.. an absolute and utter waste of time.

The hotel was clean the coffee and breakfast itiems great. Parking was not valet as stated and the construction charges should be reduced to park.

Beautiful place, but their service needs to be improved, mostly entertainment, no parking, and inconvenient parking garage. Is good for like a stay not fit for a long time. Staff needs some hospitality lessons

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety and selection of foods. Breakfast was clean and well stocked.

The property is run down, parking you have to pay for it. The room had a smell, the shower is broken. I wouldn’t stay there again

Very accommodating and very clean

Good night sleep. Breakfast was good. Coffee maker in room didn’t work. Parking was down the street. Receptionist not very excited to see us at Checkin.

Our room had little toilet paper, went to front desk to ask for more. Was told they will bring some to the room. Never did!! Had to use the tissue box. Server at breakfast was rude to customers, was reluctant to refill hot food items like eggs.

The room was new and very user friendly. But no regular parking. A small lot across the street that I paid $17 a night. Not sure why. Also breakfast had problems. The pancake machine was always broken

They charged a security deposit of 200$ aside from the 175 I already payed and no one does damage in one day. Haven’t gotten my money back. And Expedia, never told me there was a deposit due at check in. Fail fail fail. Never again.
