NOMA restaurant is very convenient downstairs

No microwave until we asked for one

The property was well-kept, pleasant and clean, rooms were nice. 

I didn’t like the fact. that I was charged EXTRA taxes and fees at the end of my stay. When booking, ALL TAXES & FEES were said to be included. Adding extra frees & taxes per day without making it clear at check-in that this was going to be done was SNEAKY & DISHONEST. This should have been made clear when checking in and also on the website that we booked on.  Also, the receptionist attitude was giving shadiness and the, “we got you”face and “there’s nothing you can do about it” look that didn’t help.  thought this place would be a go to place, but not so much anymore. 

It was very clean and the AC was working very well on such a hot day. All of the staff was so nice!

The King Size bed was very comfortable

Booked the room for my Wedding Day. The hallway carpet was a little ugly. The bathroom was small. I asked for a wake up call for 8:30am but didn’t get one until 11:30am. Had to call twice for extra wash clothes. Needed a few extra chairs and couldn’t receive any.

rooms are above the club. sound travelled, I couldn’t sleep until 3am. this is not acceptable .

I liked location ..cleaniness..

Didn't like when housekeeper used her key trying to open door without knocking .. unbelievable.. It was 10.40 on checkout day....Couldn't she wait till 11am..or even have the decency to knock.????. Had my inside latch on.. Saved me from an embarrassing situation.

Came in late after midnight but lots others also checking in after their flight. Convenient, nice and comfortable.

Clean and helpful staff!

A couple of days I was awakened by the noise from the guest next to me or the drilling and hammering!

Staffs are nice and professional. Wi-Fi is good.

No hair dryer in the shower. Extremely out dated facility. I booked this hotel cuz it’s a four star hotel on Booking.com. It’s such an bad experience I thought it was a two star motel. They could not even print out third party reservation receipt(I was just astonished when I was told lol). Carpet looked dirty. Very small bathroom. Everything was so old in the room it’s almost like they were from a thriller. If I were ever in town again, would rather go to other chain hotels.

Staff and the restaurant crew were awesome!

The music band was kind of loud.

Nice hotel. Second time at location. Pleasant staff. Beautiful lobby. Decent price.

Location is not the best nor accessible without car.

strangely, the restaurant and bar turn out exceptional food and cocktails!!!!!

I wish the bedding was cotton!! whatever it’s made of makes me sweaty and uncomfortable.
