The hotel charges the same taxi fare to Bangkok as the Novotel. They just add another 1000 baht on top. Who is making a lot of money from this at the expense of the customers?

Definitely a hotel worth going back again in term of facilities, friendly staff as well as cleanliness. However i got a room with the door kind of faulty on level6. Also requested for high floor using expedia but end up gotten level6 when there is 5-21 floors. So is like 1 of the lowest floor instead.

Well the rooms are very nice, the stuff is super friendly and very helpful, however, the hotel is located on a very very noisy road, so if you want relax or sleep and in a quiet hotel, this is unfortunately the wrong hotel.

The hotel is a newer facility, very beautiful building. The location is near tree town but for every other attraction you will need transportation. Downloading bolt or coordinating with the front desk mitigates that.
Restaurant staff is amazing, however it is geared towards Asian tourist regarding cuisine. The western dishes are not very good.

The staff was great from checking in to checking out. They take care of everything for you when you arrive. They unload your luggage and park your car. I will use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for great customer service

It was a nice hotel to stay, however our air-con was leaking, asked for it to be fixed, someone arrived, wiped over it and left it to continue leaking. Hot water was an issue on 2/3 days we stayed. The seal on the shower didn’t seal which left the bathroom flooded at times.

Marketed as a five star hotel but not close. Numerous items in the room that were in need of repair. Room was tiny and had very little storage. Actually didn’t have a single drawer to put your things. Not good for a long stay. HVAC was ok. Fridge leaked water and would not freeze anything. Washing machine was nice to have. Mattress was nice for western standards. Staff spoke poor English , if at all. Pool was tiny and the bar looked like it should be on a beach somewhere. ( very run down and expensive. $11 for a rail rum and coke) breakfast was geared towards Asians. No western type breakfast food at all and very expensive ($21 if I remember correctly).

My reservation clearly states Oceanview room. I was assigned city view room. I have the video to prove it. I brought this to front desk’s attention. I was shown two more rooms with the same City View.
