No one was at the desk to check us in. We had to leave and go eat and come back. The hotel isnot clean. The carpet is old. The beds were old and hard and lumpy. The smell was like a nursing home because of the cleaner they use.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was mediocre, only had bacon one day a week. Not all of us are sausage lovers. The room was large. However, their policy is to clean the room once every 7 days. It was not advertised that way. Rooms had no paper or pen, no tv line up, no bible, no hotel manual, and phone did not work. Main entry floors were mopped and still wet at the busiest part of the day. For seniors (us) or gandicap this was dangerous. Overall, we were not happy and will not stay in a La Quinta again.

The rooms were clean. Soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in shower. Lotion dispenser at sink. All staff interactions were wonderful. So helpful

Hotel and area around looked nice, staff was very nice and welcoming. Room cooled down nicely and bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the shower and their breakfast was delicious, plus a good selection. Staff was super friendly. Only complaint was the room smelled really bad (pet friendly room).

This is a nice hotel. It was clean and staff was very friendly. ONLY thing that i woipd complain about is the bed. It was VERY hard in my opinion.

Fire alarm set off 6.15 AM and there should be a "No danger" alarm, so that one know to go back to sleep.
No gluten free bread - We had put down in our reservation, so there should at least be an answer on that part - That customers need to bring ones own bread - OR you could keep bread in the freezer.

Everything was great until checkout. I realized about 2 hours after i used online checkout, my card was charged twice. It wasnt the card I requested to be charged. The employees were extremely helpful and nice. However, they were not sure how to fix the issue. I hope they will be trained well and be able to fix future charge discrepancies.

I enjoyed the room layout and the toiletry dispensers available in the bathroom. The hotel location is easy access to restaurants, shopping & roadways.

My room had very clearly not been cleaned. There was a smell to it, black hairs were on the vanity, in the sink and on the towels and bedding. The sink faucet had fingerprints all over it and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. The only positive was the very helpful night manager.

The room was dirty. Pee behind the toilet. Coffee drips on the cabinets. The refrigerator did not work. Tooth paste splatter o the mirror. The whole room looked like it hadn't been cleaned other than to replace the towels and make the beds before we checked in. I should have complained but it was late and I was tired

The first night we were there we were leaving for dinner and come to find out that the door wasn’t latching. All you had to do was give the door a shove and it would open. The front desk lady said it would likely be the next day before maintenance would come to fix it. She wasn’t very pleasant. So I told her we would require a different room. When we returned from dinner it was fixed.
The next day around noon there was water dripping from the ceiling over the toilet. I went and reported it with a picture. The man at the desk was so very helpful, he immediately had someone from maintenance come in with towels and to look over the situation. They went upstairs. Someone had left the water running in the tub and it was over flowing.

I went with my boyfriend and it was a decent place. When we first got there the lady up from was rude and nonchalant. The floor in our room was also dirty like it has ent been swept. But other than those things our stay wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t the best.

There was no daily housekeeping. We were told to take out our own trash and bring down dirty towels for exchange at the front desk. This was not explained to us during check-in. Water from faucet smelled like lake water. Other than that, room was clean, environment was quiet, and breakfast was good.

This isn't a bad location to stop. Lots of truckers, older/beat up cars, but no one has been uncomfortable to me.
It is dog friendly as I brought my doodle.

We went to this hotel as a group and both of the other rooms that were with us, either the shower was broke and did not even have a shower curtain. Our shower looked like it had not been cleaned and looked as if someone got killed in the shower. Staff was not friendly, I will not stay here again.

It was great. Everyone was friendly. They do need to take down sign to use keycard to get in lobby because it didn’t work. Should have sign that says pick up house phone by door to get in. Also doors to shower would not stay shut while showering. It was clean with comfortable bed.

The check in and check out were good. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was a little hard to get the water temperature we wanted.
