Very cheap hotel, limited choice of breakfast to choose, very very noisy rooms and no hot water at all... Oh and the sheets and towels were stained.

It was a ok hotel it work out for my family. It was only 15 minutes of way from the airport. We got in the dominican Republic very late.

Very affordable hotel that is located in an excellent area, next to a mall and across the street from a well known hospital. There are also a lot of restaurants and food options nearby, and there is no issue with transportation.

Be prepared to carry your bags up those stairs by yourself there is no assistance whatsoever by the front desk staff even though they walk you up.

I have been going to this hotel for years because of the value and the friendly staff. They have a new receptionist now who is rather arrogant and condescending. He talks down to his guests and should treat them with a little courtesy. Other than that, the hotel was great.

Hotel it is right next to a Plaza which it is a small one but with nice options inside. There are also at least 2 other bigger plazas and plenty of eating spots plus very easy for transportation to be used.
The offered breakfast is very simple but delicious and worth it. Hotel Personnel is awesome as well.

The cost-benefit ratio is very favorable, offering great quality at a reasonable price. However, they need to improve the parking facilities, as there are none available.

I liked the surrounding facilities.
I did not like that the hot-cold water was uncontrollable, and the wi-fi signal was weak many times.

This is like the 5th time my room was not cleaned i am starting to think there is some thing wrong here. I don't understand this. I left at 3am and came back looking to shower and skeep at 3am the next day and the room is not cleaned and no towels. This continues to happen here. The front desk is great and breakfast is good but housekeeping is horrible

The only thing that was bad was no parking. I had to pay to park my car away from the hotel. There were a few spots on the road to that were always full. I drove around 5 times before calling the property. They said no parking. But it said self parking on there listing.

Not expensive but you should know a couple things: there's a small step for the bathroom that is hard to notice until you hit it with your toe, very painful. bathroom is tiny and uncomfortable. shower didn't have a shower head just a hose dangling in there. room had no blackout curtains

Not a bad option if you just need a place to sleep. Room was fine but there was no service. The only time I interacted with staff was checking in and going for a subpar breakfast. The staff clearly did not want to be there. No option for someone to clean the room. Barely any soap left in the bathroom. You’re stuck emptying your own trash because no one else will do it. Very limited security. Anyone can walk in to the hotel off the street and no one will bat an eye. Steps are the only way to the rooms. Don’t bother to come if you’re disabled and can’t make it upstairs. None of this was made known beforehand.

Super clean, good air conditioner, refrigerator and tv. exactly like in the picture.
Service was excellent I ask for something al was immediately solved.

I gave the hotel a 4 stars because there’s only 3-4 parking spots so you world have to park in the street. Otherwise the hotel was clean and comfortable. You will hear street noise.
