Room was dirty and in poor condition especially the bath and carpets, heating didn’t appear to work either, tried to call reception multiple times but no answer and send them a message via the hotels.com app but no reply, wouldn’t stay here again.

We didnt actually end up staying in this hotel as there was a leak in our room so we were moved to the mecure heathrow. The service in the mecure was awful, staff uninterested in guests and more interested in their phones. The 2nd night we were kept awake most of the night due to loud music. We tried ringing reception numerous times but no answer and no one available on reception the following morning! Breakfast was cold, toast took forecer to toast and what i can only assume was the restaurant/hotel manager was just stood around on his phone, no meet and greet, no 'how way your night/stay' would never stay at the Mecure Heathrow again

Good location. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good value.
However a hole about size of golf ball ran above door lock and handle all the way from room side to corridor side meaning anybody could look directly into the room and see the whole of the bed..
Curtains behind bed left a gap so anybody walking in lane to car park was able to see top half of bed.
Additionally as hotel booked re early morning flight the room 101 backed into entrance to car park so until late evening security lighting was going on and off.

We arrived late about 10pm but the staff who greeted us were friendly and showed us directly to our room. The room was very warm, it didn’t have an outside window, the window went into the conservatory, so we found it difficult to keep cool. The bedding was clean and the bed comfortable. We asked for a triplet and the extra bed was a sofa bed which my son said was ok. The bathroom could have done with a little talc in places but was clean overall. The restaurant next door was fine for a drink, we had eaten so didn’t taste the food but it smelled amazing! Parking was easy too. We took the bus into Kensington for Olympia from the road outside the front of the hotel £2 single per person! It was a bargain!

Really liked hotel, bit cheeky asking for another £10 to park my car,but worst part being made to exit the property at 3.30am because of the fire alarm going off in the other separate part of the hotel really annoyed me ,hope I get offered some sort of refund or discount but won't hold my breath

This stay was pretty bad.
1. Internet didn't work despite discussion with Front Desk
2. Intercom didn't work despite discussing with Front Desk
3. Bathroom was not clean
4. Door's lock was not working
5. Got a room in a kind of an extension which had very thin walls. Noise from other rooms was disturbing throughout the stay
6. Shower didn't work
7. The door of the building was not locked

To our surprise this hotel was really good for a 3* hotel. Nice clean and nee rooms with all amenities needed including iron coffee machine smart tv etc in the room. Very good for airport as its very close to Heathrow. Comfortable beds for good night sleep. Recommend

We booked a family room to be close to the airport for an early morning start. We arrived at 10pm and parked straight away, check in was quick and easy. The room was a lot larger than most family rooms we have stayed in.

Rear groundfloor bedroom. Curtains were stuck closed. Ceiling fan would not turn off with light on. Tv did not work. No restaurant (there is one next dopr but very limited for English cuisine). No hotel bar or lounge. Had to pay for hotel's parking.

This property was very very noisy to stay in, could literally hear a pin drop in the next room.
The bed is incredibly uncomfortable.
The only saving grace was that the shower was boiling hot (which is amazing).
I also had to pay for parking, which I find really insulting.
Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

The UNO Hotel Heathrow Windsor hotel was disappointing due to the misrepresentation of its location, the amenities and room description made online coupled with some poor customer service.
The hotel is described as being the UNO Hotel Heathrow Windsor when in fact it is not in either of these locations as it is located on the outskirts of Slough, it took me over an hour to travel from Heathrow to the hotel in each direction; nor is it located in Windsor.
The check in process in a welcoming reception area was far from friendly or courteous; no hello or friendly welcome just a demand for photographic ID which is not mentioned as a requirement on the website and thereafter payment, told nothing about the hotel or the area.
The website proudly states that the hotel has a bar and a restaurant together with breakfast being available; the truth of the matter is that the bar is a shelf and fridge in the reception area for take away drinks only and they have no ice etc. The restaurant is a separate business operated from within the hotel. Breakfast is NOT served.
I saw little evidence of Covid 19 practises for example no hand sanitisers.
My room 210 was on the first floor, accessible only by stairs only (NO lift), at first glance this nicely decorated room was okay however it soon became apparent that this was far from the case; there was no chair let alone the desk and chair promised on the website therefore you had not choice but to sit on the bed and balance your laptop on your

Checked in to a dirty room which was concerning. Door keys didn't work properly eother.
Short overnight stay before goong to the airport, so for this reason I'd recommend it; anything longer, no.
Also, it's a very good option if you're using the long stay parking in Slough for Heathrow, as it is only about a mile down the road.

Booked a family room for visits to legoland and harry potter..on arrival they told us they'd accidently gave it away so we had no room but offered us 2 doubles and told us to stick the kids in 1 room and adults in the other! We had no choice to take them as i searched for other hotels nearby and they were all fully booked and it was 8pm. I even called the day b4 to double check our booking and say we'd be arriving late. Anyway, theres no way we'd leave the kids on their own so we had to split up. I'd say they been cheaply refurbished recently. Toilets were all loose in both rooms and tap were back to front in one (hot & cold). Mother had a single room with no remote control and i had to pull the bed over and stand on it to change channels for her as it was up by the ceiling. 1 double had no windows just a rooflight . No lifts. The restaurant next door i am guessing is owned by the same family was a strange menu albeit very nice. Unfortunately the kids didnt like the idea of curried baked beans on their breakfast so we ended up at the harvester. Its a cheapish overnight stay but not ideal for eldery or famiies. Just after we checked in another couple had arrived in reception...i got the feeling they gave us their double room as they weren't happy either and argueing with reception

Breakfast starts very late 9:30, bed very small, room narrow but very clean, no room service, no shops around, not bad for one night stay

Initial staff were very welcoming. No bar or area to sit unless you go to the restaurant. Had to drop off at airport at 5am. On return the front door fob didn’t work or the card I was given and the sensor pad ceased (tried too many times?). Rang the Porter as instructed on the door notice - first time it was answered and put down then next time I left a message asking to be let in. The following times it just rang and rang. No one came. Got in when a guest came out. Decided not to wait for breakfast - that wasn’t being served until 9.30!! and left. Incidentally, the room was for 3 people but you only get breakfast fir 1 included ! Odd

Booked with Breakfast, had to be at Heathrow to pick up at 9. Breakfast didn't start 'till 9.30. In my experience of holets, quite large, this was very late. Overall mark would be higher but for this. Nice hotel, friendly/efficient staff.

The property is easy to locate.
Parking is plenty
Breakfast is apparently served from 08:30…. That’s impractical, if like me, you are travelling for work. This was not mentioned during the booking.
The single room I was provided served the purpose very well. But the little nuances are annoying such as Wi-Fi wasn’t available in my room. Again, not practical if you are travelling or relying on Wi-Fi.
No table for the kettle and tea making amenities. They were in a shelf in the wardrobe where there wasn’t a power socket. So I had to have it on the floor.

I had arranged a late check-in for 11pm-midnight prior to my stay. I arrived at the hotel at 11:40pm and called the duty porter mobile number on the door but there was no answer. I kept calling, leaving messages, trying the landline number and even e-mailing but there was no answer. It was dark, cold and raining outside. Fortunately I was let into the lobby 30mins later by some returning guests only to realise that the duty porter number was ringing a phone on the empty desk.At 12:25 I decided to head back home, I was then called by the hotel 5mins later by the porter saying he had forgotten his phone and was now able to check me in so I drove back to the hotel. Eventually I was checked in, an hour after I had arrived at the hotel. The whole point of my stay was to ensure I did not have a late night so I was suitably refreshed the next morning, but instead I was cold, wet and frustrated by the experience.
