Very nice home to use as your base for exploring Sedona, West Sedona, and Jerome. The home was very well staged and is in a very quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance to a couple good trailheads. It's a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go including hiking trails, shopping, the Verde Canyon Railroad and sightseeing in Jerome. We had a wonderful time.

This property is in a great location, close to many trailheads, restaurants and shops. The home is very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Communication with Mike was excellent both before our stay and during our stay, as needed.

Nice 3 bedroom house in a good location. A trail was within walking distance of the house, and shopping and restaurants were nearby. We had a wonderful weekend!

Spacious house minutes from downtown. There’s a cute trail just up the road and most of the popular hikes are within a 10 min drive. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and has 3 big bedrooms; we had three couples and were comfy. Great place for your Sedona visit! Highly recommend!

Our first trip to Sedona and the Grand Canyon was so enjoyable because we had this wonderful home to come back to at the end of the day. The place was immaculate, well-stocked, and roomy. The best part was being so close to the trailhead for Chimney Rock and Thunder Mountain. We had plenty of room for four adults but there was room for more since it we left one bedroom unused. Thank you, Mike and Ivy! We’ll be back!

This was our first time in Sedona, and when we come back, we’d love to stay here again. It was even better than the photos. Nicely decorated and cozy. Detergent was provided for laundry. Wonderful location as well!!

Great home in quiet neighborhood! Very clean and well appointed. Located near some great hiking trails. Hosts were very responsive. My family really enjoyed the home, when we weren’t exploring Sedona. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again!

Very quiet, close (no need to drive) to enjoyable hikes on the west side of town. We also enjoyed a walking visit to the Stupah Peace Park. There was local literature to help us decide on our activities. Comfortable beds! Nice sized kitchen. Very clean! Comfy couches.

My family and I enjoyed our time here. We loved the location because we could walk to trailheads and were very central for bike rentals and restaurants. The place itself was really nice and Mike and Ivy were lovely hosts very kind and communicative.

The house is very clean and the indoor space is nice. Every room has real plants which made it feel like a home. We had no issues with hot water or water pressure. The third bedroom is an add on and was not connected to the houses heating system as far as we could tell, but space heaters were provided. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Most homes on this street are manufactured homes or older double-wide trailers.

Location is awesome for this house. Close to trails and also stores such as Safeway. Inside is all remodeled with modern furnishings. Water pressure is the only factor precluding me from giving this property five stars. It was challenging to get enough water to boil or cook with, without standing at the sink for a long period. Shower water pressure could also be improved.
Property has an awesome coffee - entertainment bar with an ice maker , coffee maker , tea, sugars, etc. There were some games also in the house. Tv is smart tv only without cable.
I would stay here again for certain.

Fantastic house. One of the best-equipped houses we have ever stayed in - everything from nice towels, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, cleaning supplies(so rare!), a blender - we were even able to make homemade pesto in the food processor! It felt like a real home. Everything was sparkling clean and communication was A++. Great location for everything we wanted to do. I also loved the house book with suggestions - we never would have found the nearby Buddhist park otherwise, and are so glad we went. Wish we could have stayed longer - thank you for a great stay!

Owner has excellent communication, the home is super clean. Great space, backyard, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, washer/dryer, flash lights to aunts trap. They have everything in this home!! Very quiet neighborhood, convenient location, minutes to grocery store, restaurants, 10 minutes to uptown, and more.
Great value for the money. They allowed to have a pet which is a great benefit for us with this trip!

I absolutely fell Inlove with this home and will definitely be my go to for a quick getaway! Lovely and quiet neighborhood with beautiful views and an amazing pizza spot right outside the neighborhood. Love love love it !!! Everything is so accurate and you get more than what you expect <3 I loved it so much !! Can’t wait to go again
