Very clean and a great location!

There wasn’t anything wrong with the property!

The host has no local knowledge and refused to provide any assistance with a completely solvable issue. The customer service line's Phoenix, AZ area code should have been a red flag, in retrospect. We wanted to be able to cook in the kitchen and were directed to the resort's convenience store (!). I had to call the day before to get any info about our stay. Next time, I'll save the headache and book the resort.

The resort was calming, beautiful, clean, and very luxurious.

There wasn’t an ATM and the closest one at another resort charged $30 USD per transaction.

View, roominess, quality of furnishings. The grounds are impeccable and constantly tended to.

Every footstep of occupants or cleaners upstairs was heard easily. Took a very long time to get hot water to kitchen sink. Occasional heavy bass music from the pool bar reverberated through room. But 90% of the time this was a very peaceful, serene place to stay (caveat: our stay was off season, early Jan.- I understand havoc wreaks during Easter break)

one of the most beautiful condos with an even more spectacular view. Fully furnished with very beautiful furniture and appliances. Absolutely perfect for my family of 5. We will be visiting again very soon! Thanks for everything!
