The facilities of the unit were complete. The views from the lounge & dining area were beautiful. There was a large outdoor deck again with views of the ocean. Closeness of the river & beach with lovely photo opportunities.

Comfortable and well appointed accomodation. Extremely clean with everything you need for a short stay. Lovely ocean view. Scamander itself is very quiet but, we found it perfectly located to explore St Helens to Bicheno areas on day trips. Great communication with property manager. Easy self check in

This unit was one of the best accomodations that we chose on our whole trip in Tasmania. It felt super homely, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, extremely clean, a nice view & reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

TV does not work despite host saying it does. we managed to cast to the TV that’s about it.

Lovely accommodation, comfortable beds and located within walking distance to shopping, dining etc. Parking at back of the unit and level access for anyone with mobility issues.

The unit is located on a main road at an intersection so the traffic noise can be quite loud.

Everything. It was the best value for money on our whole trip of Tasmania. Loved the decor, view and the roominess. The owners have gone to a lot of trouble for this lovely place.
