Muy bien ubicado, limpio y Lot el precio muy bien
Avisamos con antelación de que íbamos a llegar tarde ya que la recepción cierra a las 4 y llamamos durante el día (durante las horas que ponía que estaba abierto) y no nos cogieron. Cuando llegamos nos tuvieron esperando 2,5 y nos recibió una señora que a parte de ser una maleducada nos trató fatal. Nos echó la culpa de que se hubiese tenido que levantar a las 11:30 de la noche y después cuando se dió cuenta de que había sido por un error suyo, en vez de rectificar dijo que les había dado las habitaciones a unos alemanes y que había sido porque ellos no hablaban bien inglés. No conozco ningún alemán que no hable inglés perfecto. Admite que lo has hecho mal y deja tu mala educación y faltas de respeto en casa.

The only thing that wasn't excellent was the mattresses, seems like they are due for upgrading.

I found the hotel bit outdated. There were no air-conditioning facilities. The basin tap is too low.

It's great that they had live music but it was right outside my window and I wasn't interested in it so had to have the TV up super loud to hear it. Not to mention the yahooing crowd

Beautiful views and the convenience of having a bar and restaurant below. Of course with a bar below comes the occasional noise which is to be expected and not too disruptive. The pool was refreshing, the room had a little balcony so we had front row seats for the band playing below. Clean and tidy and a comfy bed.

The out door pool was perfect - the restaurant had amazing meals. Our view was AMAZING
Check out times differ from Booking.com, but that wasn’t a big deal.

.Staff at reception and check in was lovely and went up and beyond in her service for us esp been late check in and due to booking.com muck up got a free upgrade 😀 and was lovely room beautiful views 😀 thankyou
Only complaint was rude staff in the diner section there basically put in a pizza order for take away order was told the people dining in take first priority over us and it be 30 minute wait made us feel obligated to eat in wasn't wait time that mattered was more fact that comment made would be nicer way to make guests feel welcome don't mind bout the wait but make guest feel bad for ordering take out was our main complaint , pizza had no cheese was little confused and food was not the best sadly we went up to St helens for rest of meals during stay

Relatively affordable in peak period. Good location.
Small rooms. Cleaning could have been better, found someone’s old sock on floor next to bed. Could do with an extra bin in the bathroom. Bathroom very cramped and old, not great for family of four. Hotel is overdue for a refurbishment. No cutlery /crockery in rooms, so if plan is to eat food bought on the road, bring your own or prepare for some inconvenience.

It’s in a great location and has a pool, playground, restaurant etc.
The hotel it self is clean but really, really tired and dated. It’s about 20-30 years over due for a major renovation. The carpets in particular are pretty bad. But to their credit the staff keep a very old worn out hotel very tidy and clean.

The views were great and we loved that we could walk across the road to a great beach. The rooms were very comfortable. The restaurant had a nice ambience and the meals were good. The staff were friendly.
The hallways were a bit tired and could do with repainting and new carpet.

The shining star of this accommodation is the staff. Simone was an absolute gem. Her skills as a front office manager and hospitality manager are second to none. The restaurant staff were all amazing and the foreign guy was second to none. Having a restaurant (albeit overpriced) on site is a real bonus. The pool and playground were great too. The location was awesome.
The beds were uncomfortable. The tv didn’t work. The shower was grubby. Everything is old and dated.

The view from the balcony was beautiful.
Rooms are dated and smelled fusty and damp. Pizza was average to say the least. For the price, some chicken would have been good to go with the bacon considering it was a chicken and bacon pizza
