Clean, inexpensive and exactly how advertised.

The house was perfect for our needs.
The only issue was the loud AC unit.

Property was not as described. Owner was not accommodating and difficult to work with.

Cute house, great location to Grove City downtown, shops, restaurants and bars. Exactly what we needed.
Only recommendation - Turn on the front light. We checked in later in the evening and it was dark, house number was hard to see.

Close to lots of things to do, places to eat. OSU and downtown not too far!

The house was exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable. linens were nice. Parking was plentiful The property manager was very responsive. Overall good experience.

The house was perfect for our family. We were in town for a cheer competition in Columbus and the location of the rental was perfect for us to slow down after our busy days.

Great property only complaint is the air conditioner is extremely loud and the bunk bed was not stable should just have two twin beds in that room. Would definitely stay there again

Beautifully done in quiet neighborhood, it was a short 3-4 minute drive to downtown for dinner the night we night we stayed. Highly recommend

The house was exactly as pictured, it was located perfectly for our trip. We’re at the stage that if we stay in a hotel room, one person wakes up and then everyone in the room wakes up so for the price and location this was perfect no complaints. We are originally from Grove city Ohio and have a lot of family functions. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Location was walking distance from lovely downtown- BIG BONUS. Size was perect for an overnight stay for the 5 of us. Only suggestion is to have a couple lighter weight blankets available. Neighborhood was very nice.

It was a very nice house. Very clean and in a good area. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a great stay while traveling from upstate NY to TN. So much better than a hotel stay. We were able to walk to amazing parks and an after dinner ice cream treat. The home was cozy and so clean. Beds were so comfortable!

Property was perfect and clean. Very well located for a baseball tournament weekend. We will be back yearly!
My only critique….and it is being picky… is that I would have loved a mirror ($20 Walmart mirror) in a bedroom. It was difficult for others to get ready in bathroom when I was getting ready!

My husband and I stayed here with a couple of friends and the house was perfect for us. It's situated in a lovely neighborhood with a great location. The house was clean and comfortable. We didn't have any issues at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Super clean with comfy beds, nice towels, exactly as shown on VRBO. Owner very responsive. Good lighting- nice little neighborhood and good Wi-Fi. Would be nice if there was a desk and chair for working. Overall really enjoyed this cute little house. Thank you.

We were here for 12 days and had a great time - walkable to town, clean, quiet and comfortable.

Love this place and host!
SUPER clean, great water pressure, the beds are SO comfortable, quiet and calm neighborhood, beautiful downtown with so much to do, and not far from attractions. 10/10 would absolutely stay again!
