General lack of cleanliness. First 5 minutes went to move tv closer and a roach came crawling from underneath the tv. Heater/air-conditioner broken.

The only thing i didn't like was a slight musty odor when I first went in the room. Could have been the air conditioner.

The beds were ok . The pool was closed . Our room ceiling has mold and the shower did not drain properly by the time the shower was finished the tub was almost full . I checked multiple times the drain was open and should have drained . The sink in the room was slow to drain as well

The staff is extremely helpful and they have tremendous hospitality.

Pool was not open due to needed repairs. Air conditioner was loud and floors turned our feet black.
Some other guests at the hotel trashed out the parking lot with their beer cans and cigarette butts and played soccer while hitting vehicles in the parking lot.
Hotel needs some TLC.

Horrific. Filthy conditions. Tried a second room. Found it just as bad. No manager on duty. We prepaid through Expedia. The hotel desk worker assured us she canceled our room and we would be refunded. She lied. We DID NOT stay there and DID NOT get a refund. Expedia tried to contact them but no response. We’re contacting the health department and the BBB. Both Expedia and Best Western in ROLLA, MO should be ashamed… this isn’t good service and this isn’t a property that should be used.

There is nothing to do there. No pool available, no gym, and the internet wasn’t strong enough to support gaming. The restaurant that we were given a discount coupon for never even brought my husband the wrong food, when we asked for it to be corrected the restaurant staff agreed to remake the food but never did. Left us sitting there waiting for it like fools.Not a good experience.

The room was good and the bed was good. It was convenient to get to and has a buffet style restaurant next door. The floor was sticky but other than that it was a good place to stop for one night with a dog.

Travelled with the family pet. They put us in a room that was sub-standard. Floor was torn up and was afraid it would injure our pet. Assigned to another room, and it was all vinyl flooring. The room smelled like a kennel. Second time we used Best Western and would not recommend anyone with pets to stay there.

This property was right off the highway but it was quiet! There were several dining options available within walking distance. The room was updated and nice with plenty of seating. It's a good place to stay.

It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. No tv blankets had burn holes. All you could smell is marijuana. Staff was rude. Couldn't get clean towels. I will never stay here again

We had to request a new room because the sheets did not look clean. The staff lady came to check, agreed and gave us a different room.
