Good breakfast, great room, the comfort level is top-notch in the motel

The only thing that I would improve on, would be the heat of the breakfast items. They were warm, but not hot.

Cleanliness, helpful friendly staff, breakfast, price and location.

Slamming doors on the service room for staff, early in the morning. I cannot express enough how bad the door slamming was I eventually got up out a dead sleep to check what the hell was going on because the door slammed easily every 30 seconds or less for over an hour. Staff should definitely know better than to slam a service door while people are sleeping. This started at 7am. Guests even try to be courteous to each other with door slamming when entering their rooms, walking quietly up the hall, etc. For staff to do that..lord. Also someone on staff opened our door about 30 min before check out. Straight up used their staff key and opened our door while I was getting dressed and my friend was using the bathroom. Luckily we had the slide lock on, so the door opened but they couldn’t enter.

New facilities, staff was very friendly checking in. Breakfast was great.

The room space was odd, my room was adjacent to the electrical room.

Marie at the front desk was so kind and helpful.

Friendly staff and super clean room

Stomping for hours above our room. At least it sounded like stomping. It really was hard to sleep and it lasted very late at night. I would request a top floor room next time.

We liked most everything. The property was clean, comfortable and the staff was accommodating. We will be staying at Fairfield’s in the future when possible.
