The Hotel room was 70 degrees No AC and my Girlfriend is pregnant. So at midnight we had to switch rooms. The room we went too had a clogged toilet and a Small mini TV. Its 2024 and Im surprised they still have the first LG tv made. Overall i want my money back. Never had a problem before when i stayed there. This was a Bad experience.

I was in town for a few days and always stay at places that have parking and breakfast. Check-in was super smooth. Sebastian was super friendly and answered every question I had. Breakfast was good. They had the basics, bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt. Good basic selection of stuff, no complaints. The hotel is perfectly located near restaurants and other hotels. 20 minutes from Boston, 20 minutes from Salem. Perfect location.
The only complaint I have, is I wish the room had a microwave, and the fridge had one of those small freezers. It just really limits what you can have. Otherwise, this was a very nice place!

Was adequate for the overnight trip it was. Room was clean and the guy at the front desk courteous. Biggest issue was you can hear everything from the adjoining room and they choose to stay up very late (after 1 am) conversing.

Parking garage seemed shady and front desk clerk acted like i interuppted his movie in the back. Room smelled bad and musty. I would steer clear for the price.

I cancel the stay whitin minutes through Hotels.com for wich I received a cancellation message and I still got charge for the stay.I have been a customer of Hotels.com and Expedia for a long time but not anymore.

I will not be staying g at this location in the future. I booked and paid for my stay through hotels.com however this location charged my card as well. It’s been a week since I brought this to their attention and I still have yet to be refunded.

Visiting the area, needed a simple room for two nights. Staff was very good. Hotel guests were very loud. Not much rest, but overall it worked out well for us. We forgot our pillow, but the staff went out of their way to get it back to us after check out.

The front desk staff was very friendly during checkin and checkout and offered tips for navigating around Boston. The hotel breakfast was excellant.
If I am ever in Boston again, I will go back.

Once i entered the hotel lobby i was greeted by a nasty look on Steve's face whonwas the front desk attendant. Steve obviously did not want me there judging from his rude comments and claims of my card and funds being insufficient though online banking said otherwise. I even provided a separate credit card which he claimed would decline before even swiping it. I later learned from the credit card company he had been setting the authorization amount alot higher than needed possibly looking for a decline. Ultimately Steve told us to get out of the hotel instead of maybe taking cash or my fellow travelers card. Trash service even if he been there 11 years as he continued to state.

I felt like my mattress was on a downward slope and thought i was going to fall in the floor. I wish i could've had a mixrowave in my room but there was one by the ice machine.

Sebastian was such a nice staff and very helpful. Had the 110 grill, Wendy's, cvs ect in walking distance. Loved the pool because it wasn't too deep. And the gym for my boys to be able to work out.

Booked the hotel for the wrong dates through Expedia. Expedia worked very hard to correct the reservation (on a non-refundable rate), but the hotel was not responsive. The hotel repeatedly refused to make any changes without charging the full amount again for the second date. I do not recommend staying here because the management is neither responsible nor understanding.
