Cozy little cabin. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in small cabins with shared bathrooms. The WiFi did not reach the cabins. It said in the booking that towels were included but they weren’t which we realized at 10 pm and it was too late at that point to get rented towels from the reception. We would have appreciated being informed about the fact that towels needed to be rented at check in. Cutlery etc also needs to be rented from the kitchen.

Room was immaculate, recently refurbished. Shower did not run properly so new refurbished room immediately. All fixed. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Recommend To anyone.

My double room with a shared bathroom couldn’t be any cozier. I slept like a baby in a very comfortable bed. I had a beautiful view outside of my bedroom window of nature. The facilities were very clean everywhere. Their showers are very hot with lots of water pressure. The shared refrigerator and kitchen was very clean and accommodating. The shared living room with tv was very cozy. All of their staff were very friendly and helpful. This property is huge and right on a lake with beautiful lake and mountains views. Walking distance is about 15-20 minutes from the town center with easy access to everything. Very relaxing. I definitely recommend staying here when in Te Anau.

Good location. Short walk into town and bird sanctuary. Very clean. Good layout for families. Laundry facilities on site. Some noise from adjoining units.

Easy to travel to n fro, from town and supermarkets. Room are not modern but what is needed are there in the Kitchen for light cooking, heater are installed at door way to warm u when u enter the room. Toilet heater to keep u warm after shower. If feel warm there always have windows to open. size is good for two, with two large luggage. Washing service are available within the premises, but have to pay. Overall great stay.

Lake views were great, easy access into town, lots of area for parking. The bathroom had been updated, modern and clean. The property was dated, and needed some maintenance, doors to bathroom and bed rooms did not shut properly & the towel rail was coming away from the wall. Overall ok for a short stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. I think the shared areas could be improved, such as the showers, bathrooms, dinning room and kitchen, as the latter has few utensils and cutlery, to say nothing at all available. In all other respects, very good. Nice place.

The staff were absolutely amazing. We had a problem on our first nights stay and the staff/manager were absolutely fantastic with how they managed the situation and going above and beyond our expectations. Could not fault the staff and sevice. Lovely clean grounds. Great park for our kids to play at. Will definitely be staying here again.

Te Anau and surrounds is gorgeous, amazing, and very busy so lots of other people staying too. The standard room is clean and safe, but noisy (because GORGEOUS place and very busy, lots of visitors). Camp kitchen and laundry was clean and in good repair, working and the room was warm.
