This place was the perfect spot for my friends and I to stay for our annual girl’s trip. It was very spacious and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely house, perfect for mature people or family with kids. 9 ladies stayed in the home and thoroghly enjoyed the stay. Neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. Home is decorated quite well.
We had a hiccup getting into the home as the automatic lock was not working correctly. Staff was easily accessible when the issue arrived and on the phone immediately to fix.
Would recommend home and would return.

super clean updated and had everything we needed. The step down living room & other foundation drops were a little difficult- one suggestion: glow in dark duct tape instead of orange . Regardless we would rent this beautiful home again

Overall the property was laid out well for larger groups. The location was close to Main which was nice. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the home. We were unimpressed with the cleaning services provided. As a paying customer we anticipated a much cleaner property… the towels also smelled like mildew…

Loved the house. It was clean, spacious and back yard awesome. We enjoyed the hot tub! Only negative was lack of a third bathroom. Even a half bath would have been nice but we made it work. Thanks!

This house is so great!, the room, the layout, the backyard. This was our 3rd girls trip, and this house fit all of our needs. We will be back next year, cause we have now found the house to stay at.

Galentines Weekend!
This was our second stay at this property and We had a great time in Fredericksburg staying here again. With the amount of beds available, It’s perfect for a group of girlfriends. Great amenities too! We enjoyed the hot tub, utilized the Apple TV & games and really loved the large, round kitchen table; perfect for chit chatting with the whole group! The check in process was smooth and the check out policies were quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Amazing get away!
Six friends and I enjoyed a short get away in this adorable house! The property was perfect size for are party. The home felt very private and was very conveniently located near down town. Everything we could have needed was provided. The back yard was beautifully landscaped, private, and more spacious than expected with multiple seating areas. Check out was simple and fast. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back!

This property was simply PERFECT for our group of 8 women for a bachelorette party weekend! The house had everything you could need, was very clean, and the location was prime! The beds were comfortable, and there is plenty space for a group of 8-12 to fit comfortably without feeling like you are right on on top of one another. The communication was great, and the hosts couldn't have been more accommodating for us! Would highly recommend!

Took a girls trip with friends, we were a large group and the space of this home was perfect. The small touches, like the welcome message in the kitchen, was very inviting. Also, the outdoor back space is very enjoyable.

Perfect house
House was perfect for my Bachelorette party. Plenty of seating for when we playing games! The tankless water heater was a nice touch when we were all taking back to back showers. The getting ready station is perfect! Highly recommend for any girls weekends!
