Easy to find. Super close parking. Easy to walk everywhere. Great grocery store just a short walk away. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied.
Loved it. Hope to return someday.

I know this is rated 10/10 by many visitors so I won't focus on the positives, you can read the other reviews.
A few improvements would be appreciated by future guests:
1) Include the underground parking in the rental year round, not just in the summer.
2) Washing machine smelled horrible and towels had a musty smell as a result. Washer needs a thorough cleaning and the door needs to be left open after use to prevent future smells.
3) Offer some nice hangars in the closets, the old bent up metal ones are laughable.
4) Tableware was a mis match of utensils. Reminded me of college.
5) Add a soap tray in shower so renters don't have to put their soap on the show pan (floor).
Overall, unit is clean, beds are comfortable, etc. but provisions were sparse.

Weve been to Quebec many times usually staying at the Marriott. With several extra family members on this trip, we look for a 2 bedroom rental. Worked perfectly. Metro grocery store 200 meters away. Plenty of restaurants walking distance as was old town. We used Uber to avoid the walk to Old town....worked perfectly and we did not have to deal with parking in the tourist areas.

Good location , five mins walk from railway station and ten minutes (up steps) to old town.
Very clean, spacious, good cooking facilities- needs teaspoons.
Rooftop pool/area a plus, though not in the rain we had. Enjoyed on last day when sun came out.
Hosts communicative and answered questions.

We had a great time! The hosts were very friendly responsive and the check in was simple. The condo was secure, clean and comfortable. It was a very easy walk to everything in Old Quebec City. Parking was close and there’s even a grocery store across the street.

Had a great experience with Alexandre. The place was quiet, clean and comfortable. Walking distance everywhere, great restaurants and grocery store nearby.
Walk with the luggage to central station ( bus/ train to Montreal).

Girls weekend away and this space was a great fit! Walking distance to old Quebec but also enjoyed exploring the area where the property was located. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was a 3 minute walk to Old Quebec. Parking is safely underground 3 minute walk away from condo. Everything you need for your stay is in apartment. Washer and dryer were great as well as kitchen area. We were a family of 6 and we were all very comfortable within the condo. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Our host was very professional and accommodating. The unit was very clean and well laid out. The location was great. Just steps to the old town and saint roche areas. I’d recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Quebec City.

We enjoyed the building and the apartment. It had everything we needed and the rooftop area provided a great view of the city as well as an opportunity to chat with other guests. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The food in this city is VERY good. Our hosts responded immediately if we ever had a question and were very friendly. Would definitely stay again.
There is a homeless population who sleep in an area close to the freeway very nearby and we sometimes heard some commotion during the night (it wasn’t loud enough to disturb sleep). I felt perfectly safe walking anywhere during the day, but wouldn’t walk alone in that direction late at night.

This property was perfect for the three of us when we visited Quebec city for a family wedding. The apartment had everything we needed and we were within walking distance of a grocery store, lots of restaurants, and just a short stair climb from the plains of Abraham.
The bonus with this apartment is the rooftop pool that is awesome on a hot day.
Communication with the owner was quick and clear. We would rent here again.

The condo was nicely appointed, comfortable and host Alexandre was easy to communicate with. The area is walkable with a grocery store a block away. It is about a 20 minute walk to old town.

Condo was perfect for our stay in Quebec City! The rooftop pool and grilling area was a huge plus. Close to old town. Nicely decorated. Great communication!

This is apartment is located just a few blocks from the Saint- Roch district which is full of great restaurants. There is a good grocery store 3 blocks away and a pharmacy too, so very possible to stay here without a car. Old Quebec is a 15 minute walk up the hill:-)
The apartment itself is clean and well stocked. The roof top pool has nice view. The beds are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment!

Overall, the place was great. It worked well for us. The communication before and during the stay was great. Alexandre was very responsive. We did find that it had a cat smell but he said there was never one there. It was definitely clean so there wasn't any obvious indication of one.

Our family of four (two adults, two college kids) loved this apartment. It is decorated simply and stylishly, and felt very private. The sofa pullout was comfortable too. Just one block from Saint Joseph with its good restaurants and shopping and also just 20 minute walk to old town. The building appeared to be primarily families in similar vacation rentals. The pool on top of the building was small, more for relaxing than swimming. If you don’t bring your own pool towels, it is easy to wash and dry the bath towels yourselves. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed for first time family trip to Quèbec. Well located, clean apartment. Roof top pool enjoyed by our kids, and view pretty fantastic too. Host very communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

First of all, the bed was AMAZING. Best bed i have ever slept in, maybe even better than my own bed at home! Old Quebec is a 10 minute walk away & so many great spots to eat within easy walking distance. Always felt very safe, very close to everything & found the spot to be a perfect location! The rooftop pool was a great break during the warmer months! The apartment itself was also very comfortable for hanging out! We loved it!

Alexandre was absolutely great in quickly responding to messages. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Lots of extra bed linens and towels, (and wine glasses!) Small suggestion to provide a few extra coffee/tea mugs, but we easily remedied by washing our mugs frequently; it wasn't a problem for us.

We stayed a few days at this comfortable and well-stocked apartment. The location was within walking distance to all of the tourist attractions. We also discovered many shops, restaurants, and patisseries in the neighborhood. We had everything we needed- plenty of towels, bedding, and all of your kitchen needs (coffee maker, pots and pans, etc). Would definitely recommend!

able to wash clothing quickly without having to shop for large quantities of detergent. Easy to access private front entrance and apartment door. I have only good things to say about our experience. A bluetooth speaker would be awesome.
