Чистий готель та чисті номери. Номер доволі просторий і добре укомплектований. Хороші вікна, тому що готель знаходиться біля траси, але машин не чутно. Дуже зручні ліжка і чиста білизна та рушники. Безлімітні кава,чай і соки!

Звукоізоляція вхідних дверей середня, хотілось би краще. По ТБ немає жодного музичного каналу. Два дні поспіль були зіпсовані кислі фрукти у коробці сніданку.

Large clean rooms which can fit families of up to 6 people - a nice change from having to book 2 separate rooms. The room was clean and well set up with 2 large beds and 2 singles. It felt spacious

The location is average. We chose it because it was reasonably close to the airport and convenient after a long flight but it is next to a noisy road(you couldn’t hear the traffic in the rooms) and there wasn’t much choice for restaurants nearby. I wouldn’t choose it as a hotel to explore Quebec City from.

Kitchenette très succincte, sans plaque de cuisson ni ustensile de cuisine. Petit déjeuner (salé ou sucré) rudimentaire, servi dans une boite en carton remplie de contenants en plastique. Ceci génère beaucoup de déchets non recyclés !

The hotel is definitely older that the one we stayed at in St-Hyacinthe. The room was clean and big enough, a nice big shower. The staff was friendly and helpful. We liked the mattress but the pillows were too thick.

I liked the mattress but the pillows were super thick and I woke up with a neck pain. We don't like the breakfast box, the Covid times are over! I would prefer a buffet and more food options to choose from.

I travel a great deal and this was by far the most comfortable mattress I have slept on in my travels worldwide. I also really enjoyed the breakfast boxes as they were so convenient to take with if you had an early excursion.

We were a family of 5, we did not have enough towels and wash cloths. We needed to ask and sometimes did not get any.

We stayed from Tuesday to Sunday and only got our room cleaned once and had to ask multiple times to get it done, they said they are short staffed and if you stay 5 nights you are able to get your cleaned once, which I’ve stayed at 100s of hotels and this Is a first and it’s acceptable, Our room key kept not working multiple times and we had to get staff to let us in our room We booked the shuttle bus to old Quebec on Tuesday night when we checked in for Friday morning and when we double checked on Thursday night we where told it never got booked and there was nothing they could do We had 4 rooms rented and.when My in-laws checked in to their room there was a persons dirty underwear on the night stand, not sure how well the rooms get cleaned The box breakfast was ok for one morning but not for 5 mornings

the rooms was spacious with comfortable beds and chairs. very clean and the bathrooms were also very clean as well.

Booking.com showed that there will be free "breakfast buffet " in the hotel and it showed in the "free breakfast " filter. however the hotel did not provide any breakfast buffet and there was just a snack box instead. the hotel staff mentioned they dont provide hot breakfast buffet however the booking.com site showed otherwise. this was very inconvenient for me.

The setup for breakfast is simple & easy, with balance diet need which is good! we like the room without floor carpet, more clean! The facilities in bathroom is good & sufficient enough, spacious enough!
