This was a very nice and quiet place to relax for a few days. Would definitely stay again.

We needed a relaxing getaway and this was the perfect spot. Loved that all the shopping was just 2 blocks away if we decided to venture out, but everything we needed was in our cottage.

Our 3-night stay was wonderful. You cannot beat this location! Walking distance to downtown and HEB, with ample parking and living space onsite. The outdoor amenities were a huge plus, as well. Thanks for having us - beautiful property!

Perfect midweek getaway. Great location! Walking distance to Main street! Only disappointed the hot tub water was dirty and could not be used. Would def love to stay again.

It was perfect. Loved the house!. It was easily walkable to Main Street. We loved the coffee shop across the street. The house was very clean. We wanted an anniversary getaway, and this was beautiful. We will definitely stay there again!!

This property is a couple blocks from Main St. or HEB in the opposite direction. There is a good restaurant and coffee shop directly across the street. So it’s in a great location. It is a cute house! We loved the design. All the details were thought out and appreciated. We loved it!

We loved our stay here. It looks EXACTLY like the photos. When you walk in, it smells clean and fresh. The decor is beautiful, and all well thought out. It really is as cute as it looks in photos. The bed is comfortable, the towels are plush, and they even have beach towels to use by the hot tub. As far as location, you can't ask for better. There is a cute breakfast place across the street and it is 2 blocks from the heart of everything on Main Street. Don't look further than this listing, it's perfect!

Just as advertised! Clean and within close walking distance to Main St. We enjoyed the patio area and hot tub on cool nights. House was spacious and perfectly decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Only thing lacking on the property was a full length mirror. Other wise it was perfect!

This is one of the nicest places we have visited. Everything was lean and well appropriated. The location was within walking distance to everything, shopping, dining and just see the town. Very much enjoyed.

Cute place with a huge bathroom and great location; however, the neighbor has a very bright light outside their shed that ends up shining through the entire place. The first two nights the light wasn’t on and that was great. The third night, it was lit, and made it difficult to sleep because of how bright it made the bedroom even with the curtain closed. A blackout curtain would help the bedroom, but it would still light up the rest of the place.

Loved the property but there were a few minor issues. Storage for clothing was nonexistent and you could not open curtains or you would be in a fishbowl for all to see. Additionally. The hot tub area could be accessed by someone from the front of the property so security was a minor concern while enjoying that amenity.

This is a cute and quaint property. The hot tub was so nice to just relax after a day of shopping. The kitchen had all the basics you need. Everything was decorated so nicely and had a lot of special touches. The place was clean, beautiful and perfect for a couple getting away for like for us, a mother/daughter trip!

Great location and hot tub area, very clean and well maintained, right across from local coffee shop and restaurant…also very close to H-E-B. My only suggestion would be blackout curtains. Light shines through the windows during the day (duh) but makes it hard to see the TV due to reflection, and at night everything shines through the windows again making the room light enough that it can be hard to fall and stay asleep.

Excellent experience overall. Very nice property in a great location within short walk to Main Street. Had everything we needed. Very private place in the middle of town. Host was very responsive. Would absolutely recommend it for a nice romantic evening!

We LOVED the look, feel and location of this awesome little cottage! The furnishings and layout were beautiful! And you can't beat the hot tub and private patio on a cold night. We were able to walk to Main Street for shopping, the piano bar and lots of good restaurants. We used their recommended transportation service for wine tastings and our driver was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible. We usually stay at Winchester Lodge, but wanted a little more privacy this time. The property is immaculate and just a short block and a half off of main. Hill and Vine is literally across the street and HEB is about 2 blocks away. Both fireplaces are gas, so no hassle with lighting wood and the hot tub was clean and ready to go. Highly recommended

This property was the ideal location within walking distance to town and great restaurants. The house was the perfect place to unwind and relax. Very nice and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place!

My husband and I knew we were only going to be able to do a five day getaway to celebrate our marriage. We decided on Fredericksburg because it’s such a cute little town and it’s only 3 hours from home. We loved the photos of the bib. It was a koi more than what we had wanted to spend but it was definitely worth it. It was absolutely beautiful. Our open concept living, kitchen, dining and bedroom was perfect! We had a beautiful fireplace and though the place was small the way it was configured made it feel spacious. Our bathroom was my favorite, from the beautiful stand alone soaking tub to the huge walk in shower. Everything was so clean and each area was perfectly decorated and yet, the whole place felt welcoming. The closed in back patio offered a beautiful fireplace, and a hot tub for romantic nights and also a tv we could watch as we unwind from a day of shopping and dining. We will definitely come back and would recommend this place to anyone., in fact we already have 😊
