My son and granddaughter brought me to Arizona to visit another son who lives there. The house was perfect, anout 10 minutes away from my son.
My sixteen year old granddaughter enjoyed the pool. We loved everything about the house. Lots of room. Thanks to Brandon and Laura for bringing new pool lounges after one broke!!

Just want thank the owners for the house was beautiful and very well accommodating. No issues with check in or check out. All instructions in the home manual were very well explained. I couldn't have asked for a better experience as my first time rental. Location was great lots of food places to choose from. Lake and river was close from the house. My family and I will definitely look to stay there again next time we visit family. Again I want to thank the owner for the hospitality and the quick response to out concerns and or questions we had.

Beautiful and well kept. Plenty of space within the home and the pool was refreshing on a hot summer day. The house is stocked with starter items. Very quiet neighborhood but near restaurants, shops, etc. Close to Phoenix and easy to maneuver to get to the city. I would definitely rent again if ever in this area!

This house was great for our golf getaway. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. Communication with the host was great and were very accommodating when we asked to add some extra days. I would definitely rent this house again.

My two sisters and I, along with our partners, stayed at this property in February of this year. We are all seniors and appreciated the location, which is close to many stores and parks with lovely trails. The house is lovely and very well furnished. We were very comfortable here. Any issues we had were immediately resolved by the owner. He was very responsive, which we appreciated. I knocked off one star for cleanliness because we think the cleaning company could have done a better job cleaning the place before we arrived. Be warned that the pool is not heated but being from Minnesota, we swam in it anyway. If the pool were heated, we would definitely stay here again.

This home was in a perfect location for running around the PHX area. The beds were comfortable, kitchen full stocked, couch great for relaxation, and the pool was perfect for dipping and sun bathing. We liked the area so much we made an offer on the house across the street and bought a house on the other side of Hwy 202 two weeks later. House private too.

All the little extras provided in the house were AWESOME. Extra soap, toilet paper, paper towel, coffee filters etc. We were so glad we did not have to run right out to the store when we arrived. Great family house for 3 teen boys or easily 5-6 adults. This was an excellent value and was in a fabulous location.
NOTE: the pool is NOT HEATED!

The house was nice and clean, the master bathroom was a joke! The little room that the toilet was in you couldn’t even shut the damn door because it’s too small. The shower is a complete joke! Not only is it too damn small the showerhead was loose and flopped around and at times would spray water over the door onto the bedroom carpet. I would not stay in that house again because of the master bathroom! Total complete joke.

We had a fantastic stay. We were so close to everything. It is hard to put into words how comfortable the house was. It was like being home. We can’t wait to return!

This was our first time booking a Vrbo/Mesa get away, and we were not disappointed. It was perfect for our little one week holiday. It was a great location and a nice neighborhood. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, very comfortable home.
The only thing that I thought could use some little extras, was the kitchen basic supplies. There was no paper towels, no spices, and dishes were a little short on supply. The only other thing was the pool was not heated ( which we knew) but thought that it would be warm enough to enjoy, but was not.
Over all though it was perfect!!

We rented the house for a week. I’m originally from AZ, so I knew the local area. Location was perfect-convenient to many restaurants and groceries. Only a few miles to Usery Mountain, which has many hiking trails and right off the 202.
House was very clean. There is a pool service so the pool was well maintained. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely rent again.

Great place to stay and had everything we need to be comfortable while we were away for home for a week. Place was stocked up with some supplies in order to be able to wash beach towels and dishes. Check in instructions and checklist for check out was easy to follow and understand. This is our first vacation home rental and we will be sure to do it again.

The home is as pictured, close to the 202 expressway, grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment (FatCats is less than 2 miles away and SanTan Village is about 15-20 min away). Oh and PHX is about 20 min away too! The kids loved the pool and playing darts! Beds were comfortable as well. There were 5 of us and there was plenty of room! Will definitely consider staying here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house in East Mesa! It’s in a great location, nicely furnished and clean, close to restaurants and shopping (great gelato, Gourmet, around the corner) and convenient to hiking/biking in the Usery Mountain Park area. The screened-in back porch is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. The private pool was still chilly at the end of April but was refreshing to enjoy, none the less. The neighborhood was quiet and our stay was very comfortable. Highly recommend and we’ll be back when we can!

For us this was a great location - don’t miss the outstanding gelato shop around the corner! Very quiet neighborhood at night. Make sure to read the rules as there are some unusual (at least to us) ones - but we had no problem complying. The pool is not heated (normal for Arizona???) so we weren’t able to use.

We were visiting Phoenix to see our son who is training to be a pilot at Falcon Field and this proved to be a wonderful home for the fortnight. Its location is excellent and is a well designed house and tastefully decorated with GREAT amenities. The teenagers loved the pool and everyone loved the darts board! Great house, great amenities, great location and straightforward booking and checking in. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. We’ll be in touch again if we come to Phoenix another time.

Fantastic location in my favorite part of Mesa. I am an aircraft maintenance professional who has came to the area to do work out of Falcon Field, this home was close to work, close to everything you need, and close to the Hawes mountain bike trail system if you are a mountain biker. Great communication and a clean home.
