Gute, zentrale Lage.
Das geteilte Badezimmer mit einer Toilette könnte bei voller Auslastung der vier Zimmer zu "Engpässen" führen.

Wir durften die Räder in die Tiefgarage stellen. Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Wir konnten die Stadt zu Fuß gut erkunden.
Das Gemeinschaftsbad war nicht so sauber und Toilettenpapier hat gefehlt.

Lage war gut, Zimmer zumindest halbwegs sauber.
Check in war 12-18 Uhr angegeben, ich war 13:30 Uhr da, habe den Schlüssel bekommen aber das Zimmer war noch komplett angemacht vom Vorbewohner. Wurde dann erst gegen 15 Uhr gemacht und gewechselt.
Sicherheitseinrichtung wie der Rauchmelder waren einfach kaputt in der Ecke liegend, die Deckenlampe hatte keinen Schirm mehr wo aber mal eindeutig einer war.

Die Lage war top
Alles. Es hat an Sauberkeit komplett gemangelt. Bettlaken hatte Flecken, Bad war super dreckig, Seife, Desinfektion und Tücher für die Hand waren komplett leer. Die Küche war auch sehr dreckig. Die Nachbarn waren sehr laut und waren an unserer Tür.

Staff does not speak english, advertise access to parking in booking but charged me extra €10, the whole place looked a bit intimidating, due to location very loud at night.

Guest including staff smoking. Threatening attitude. lack of correct lock between shared bathroom and our room.
I could not sleep as was concerned for safety of my 11 year son and myself. The place should be closed down and I deserve a refund .

location was very good. Property was as advertised, no surprises.
door was paper thin and noise from other guests in the corridor was an issue.

The rooms are large and clean, location is right in the city centre and the host is super nice and helpful.
Will definitely return to book more rooms there.
Good point to mention is the coffee shop downstairs - check it out!

the location is excellent for Kassel Documenta, the room is clean and comfortable, the staff is hospitable. though the toilet and bathroom is shared, but it's convenient still.

Honestly, nothing.
The rudest hotel staff ever, the guy was literally screaming at us. There’s a constant beeping in the hallway all night which stops you sleeping. The shared bathroom is gross and the shower constantly loses hot water. The blinds in the room are made of paper and can’t be opened so it’s always dark. The kitchen has nothing usable in it.

The location is perfect. It can't be better. There is a lift, wifi, washing machine, microwave. No hairdryer but fair enough. The family (I guess) running the hostel is very kind. They respond my messages sincerely.
A little bit more maintenance is needed...e.g.the roller blind in our room was left broken. It was fixed temporally by the stuff though. He was super friendly and kind.

Its a shared bathroom with toilet inside for many inhabitants in the building. The acoustics are terrible, you can hear everything. If you want to have a bad night, then this is the place.

The location is incredible, just 5 minutes from Fridericianium - one can not wish it to be more central :)

The room, the shared bathroom and even the kitchen are really clean. The location is the best and the owner is friendly, warm and super helpful:)
