Excellent overall property! Well maintained and equipped with what we needed. Great communication from owner! Super close to all amenities. Would rent here again!

House was perfect. We had 8 men all Over 60, and the accommodations were great.

The house was clean and well-kept. We would definitely rent this property again. Huge screened in deck that we did not get to use because it was below 30 degrees while we were there but it look to also be in great shape... IT snowed while we staying there. It was nice for the kids to have snow and we also went to the H2O waterpark at Split Rock while we were there. Some advice for those who stay in winter: Bring your own shovel: There is no snow removal equipment on property (not even a shovel) and we were told a plow would come by, but that didn't happen.

Three adults and 7 teens slept, ate, played, socialized and relaxed in comfort at this newly remodeled and very clean house. We stayed 2 nights and had everything we needed including plenty of space for 10 grown people. Highly recommend a winter visit for skiing or summer for lake and firepit. Host was responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay in this clean and comfortable home. Our kids adored the fun game room and we loved the huge kitchen! We hope to be back soon!

Really nice place!

We were caught off guard when we arrived at the house at 7pm to 38 degree temperature inside. A quick glance at the oil tank meter showed that there was no oil to heat the house. We were not able to spend the night. I had a bit of trouble reaching the owners by VRBO message or phone, and once I did they were not able to solve the problem so that we could stay. We had to scramble for hotel rooms. I did appreciate that the owners promptly issued a refund. VRBO itself was absolutely no help. This is otherwise a very nice house, and we wish we could have stayed. I understand mistakes happen, but in the future the oil tank and heat should be checked before guests arrive.

We had two families both with teenage kids stay for two nights at this vrbo. We were visiting the area for a ski weekend. The place is truly about 5 minutes from both Jack Frost AND Big Boulder. A quick and easy drive and we rotated between mountains since it was so convenient to get there. Parking at both resorts was easy and although we visited over a weekend, we were pleasantly surprised that neither resort was overly crowded with less than a 5 minute wait time for all lifts. We had a mix of beginner and intermediate (no advanced) skiers and everyone liked the options at the resorts. The house was really well laid out and comfortable. Two thumbs up on comfort of all the beds. The kitchen had plenty of room to cook and utensils, pots, pans and bakeware. You might want to bring a mug or two if everyone in family drinks coffee. The gas fireplace was a great feature especially after a day of skiing. We weren’t able to use the game room bc it’s in the garage and it was just too cold. And the deck is gorgeous but again not for middle of winter. But in fall, summer and spring the game room would be loads of fun and the deck a definite bonus. Manny was extremely responsive to any questions and fair with his rules. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the accommodations and proximity to skiing. Thanks Manny and Chi

Beautiful home in a great location for skiing and other mountain adventures.

Great family vacation, the house was very clean and comfortable. Wildlife galore, very convenient to Jack Frost and Big Boulder. Kitchen was adequately equipped, beds very comfortable, enough space for all of us to enjoy. The back porch is beautiful, wish it had been a little warmer outside to enjoy it.

What a great house!!! We were looking to have a long weekend getaway to hold a Friendsgiving and this home was perfect! We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen, plenty of room to move around, super clean and had most of the kitchen supplies we needed. (We did let Manny and Chi know a potato peeler would be helpful.) the outdoor deck was great, we were not able to access it as much as we would have liked to because it poured for a full day while we were there. Next time I can see us spending a ton of time out there. The rooms were clean, not overly furnished (which I loved) and so comfortable! All of the beds were amazing! The outdoor fireplace was such a nice touch. Not having to work over a fire pit with kids was great. The neighborhood was quaint, walking around the lake was peaceful. Communication with Manny and Chi was easy and very thorough. If you are thinking of booking this property….do it!!!! You will not regret one minute of the time you spend here!

We had a wonderful experience with 6 adults and 5 kids at Manny and Chi's home. The house had great sleeping options for everyone and we all loved hanging on the screened in porch and by the fire outside. The location of the house is great for accessing the lake and beach area, as well as the playground and recreational fields. The kids had a blast playing at the beach and by the water, even though it was chilly. Thanks to Manny and Chi for sharing your home with us, we loved it and will definitely recommend it to others.

2 Families of 4 (4 adults, 4 small kids). Wonderful stay. Relaxing and peaceful. Best part was the large screened porched. Perfect for all meals.

My family and I enjoyed a long weekend getaway. The house was just as nice as described. Communication with the owner was easy and response time to any concerns was almost immediate. The screened porch was in constant use and the firepit was well supplied with wood. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay, and really enjoyed the nearby activities. The house is very clean and comfortable, an easy walk to the lake and boat rentals, and close to great local restaurants. We loved spending lots of time on the screened in porch!

The stay at this home was flawless from start to finish. Basic home necessities were provided along with other nice touches. The home was cozy and spotless. The screened in porch was great to have and got a lot of use during our stay. Good amount of space for our group of eight. Great location to lake and popular bars. Manny was very responsive and on point through the whole renting process. Will be back for sure!

I've been renting in the Lake harmony area for over 20 years with numerous house rentals to choose from for each season. My family of 5, with 3 adult teens, couldn't have found a more calming, soothing, clean home that made our trip that much more memorable. It was a last minute find for us, but it ended up being the BEST find of all. Manny was thorough and professional upon arrival to the home and always communicated in a timely manner. The home has been redone and you can tell that the house has STRONG bones with a strong heart as you enter. Once we walked in and turned on the fans and opened all the doors - there was this beautiful natural air that went through the whole house. The house has such unique character and was redone in a way to have all parties relax. From an awesome game room to just reading out in the screened in porch room - my favorite by the way - to just simply sitting outside by the firepit and listen to the band that is playing far away on the lake. Manny provided the simple things in this house as it was clean, non-cluttered, and additional air filtered fans were provided in case you needed them. The open family room was essential to us as we were able to grill outside and then gather all together around the kitchen as we prepped. The driveway was nice and wide for a variety of cars to park and the house was nestled perfectly in the woods for the tourists to not find, lol. All 5 of us were able to hike all day, then come home to what felt like a second home afterwards. We were able to relax, refresh, and unwind during this time. We will be back in the fall as we are excited to see the leaves turn color and enjoy the cool air as well. Thank you Manny. It was simply the little things that made this trip so BIG for us. This is house is Perfect for adults, and small families with toddlers. TD
