Air-conditioned rooms were comfortable and spacious, with a flat screen TV for entertainment. The terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the view and the private bathroom with shower was modern and clean. Room service ensured that my room was always tidy and well-stocked with supplies. Also the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The beach of Agia Marina was only 700 meters away and Kalamaki beach was a short 3 km drive. The airport shuttle service was a convenient way to get to and from the hotel, and the additional charge was reasonable for the convenience provided. Definitely we love to come again for our next vacation trip.

Had a great times here but it last only one night because we had to leave for our country. Sea view from my balcony was breathtaking! Staff was helpful and mannerly. All was excellent, the buffet and continental breakfast were delicious and filling. The shared lounge was a great place to relax and socialize with other guests, and the karaoke was a fun way to end the evening. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the provision of bed linen and towels. The gym was well-equipped and made it easy to maintain my fitness routine while on vacation. The car hire service was convenient and allowed me to explore the area at my own pace. The free WiFi throughout the property was reliable and made it easy to stay connected. A truly elegant and very clean place to stay!

Staff at the hotel were friendly, accommodating and the 24-hour reception was always available to assist with any needs. The cleaning products provided in my room at Galini Private Pool Suites with Sea View were a thoughtful touch and the refrigerator was convenient for storing snacks and drinks. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were relaxing and luxurious, and the hamam was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring.

Hammam, pool, gym, restaurant, poolside bar all were great! Room with direct access to the main pool, and panoramic sea view. Good prices, good staff and many facilities. The chania town is about 10 minutes car ride from the hotel.

Perfect for couples, easy access to the large beach and the hotel's facilities such a like the indoor swimming pool, the tennis court and the gym. Fantastic clean sea, I swam a lot even if is not a specific place for snorkeling. Available in the location the possibility to rent a car. I got a great size suite with sea view and a very nice terrace. The Hotel Manager is professional and take care Clients. Overall good personnel organization. Excellent breakfast, dinner and lunch on the hotel's restaurant.

My suite had a/c, white linens, bed, closet, mirror, TV, kettle, a desk for my laptop and a balcony with a view of the pool and the sea. Sauna was incredibly top notch! Gym and indoor pool was enjoyable too. Close to the beach and the taverns of the area.

Fair priced accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a gym. The property had also a nice bar, a shared lounge and a garden. 100% I will return for more days.

As a solo traveler I felt more at ease and safe in this environment especially as there were always staff members around and the vibrant atmosphere this hotel has. If you want to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life - this is a place you can wind down and relax. However, if you are more of the adventurous type - there are loads of excursions you can book in the near area of the hotel. All in all a pleasant holiday and will love to come back!

It was exactly what I did expect. Beautiful beach, clean and cozy suites. Good food and service. There are few places that you can visit but if you are like me and don't want to move you can spend the entire vacation inside the hotel perimeter. At the Galini Private served breakfast at the morning buffet breakfast.

This amazing suite located in Chania Town, at it's only 200 meters away from the beautiful Stalos beach. My suite was amazing, nice decorated and very clean. Had a TV, a desk and a balcony with view to the sea. Definitely I'll be back for more days!

A very friendly hotel, staff were friendly, helpful and very well presented. Breakfast was well organised and the rooms were very tidy. Amazing pool area and evening entertainment for all. The environment was so natural with crickets chirping in the beautiful gardens. Overall, we had a great stay anyway.

Service was excellent - beginning with nice moist towels when we have arrived. Staff very helpful and child-friendly. Room was very clean and huge. Very good food overall. Nice theme restaurants in the near by area, especially Italian. Will definitely choose the hotel again.

I visited the hotel a few days ago with my friends and we had the best time! The staff was so friendly and welcoming! Especially in the reception was so nice and helpful with some of our requests. Our room was very clean and we had amazing sea view from our balcony. The food on the main restaurant was great and the waiters seemed very professional! Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we wish to go again in the future!

We was on holiday in Galini hotel, it was the best holiday in my life. The whole hotel's team take care about as so much, they propose some activities. The atmosphere was here very relaxing and very lovely people work here. I would recommend this hotel to everybody.

We arrived and we had a great stay, the hotel was very comfortable, the stuff was very polite, special mention the reception they were very helpful and kind and they helped us a lot during our stay in Chania. I would love to stay here again.

Didnt like the staff which literally entered our room form the balcony to carry a table. Also told them 10 times to give me the in-voice and still havent recieved it

Not a 5* hotel!! The whole place looks like it needs renovating. The room was very disappointing. We stayed in the room with private pool which we thought would be amazing but it was very run down, not well presented, the tap didn't work the handle on the door was broken and the windows were full of water marks that made us not even want to have the curtains open. There were cockroaches around the hotel including restaurant. The breakfast was cold even when we got there at 7.30am! The drinks were awful. This hotel is not how the photos make it look! We wouldn't stay here again. Also not a "adults only" hotel as it states on the website and on the entrance sign of the hotel. There was more families there than couples.
