Tous est parfait si vous avez une voiture. Rien à dire Piscine propre et bien pratique, un belle endroit loin de la population de tulum.

El ambiente del lugar es descanso. Un hotel muy tranquilo. Tiene una zona de parking afuera. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario para pasar varios días de playa en la Riviera Maya

La ubicación no es muy central y se requiere de medios de transporte para salir o llegar

No incluye desayuno pero el lugar es inmejorable me encantó la estancia todo limpio con refri,cosina utensilios de cosina microondas y la cama muy cómoda.

La aldea es muy chic. Buen gusto en la decoración tanto del dpto como el exterior.

Es bastante alejado del centro, si tienes auto no es inconveniente.

Me encanto el lugar, las instalaciones están en muy buen estado, el servicio 10/10 en especial Paco siempre estuvo al pendiente a cualquier duda, super amable, respondía rápido.

La ubicación está relativamente cerca del centro, sin embargo si no planeas alquilar un coche si está un poco retirado de restaurantes, bares, en especial de la zona hotelera. Pero nada imposible nosotros rentamos bicis y así fue como estuvimos trasladándonos.

Cozy room nicely furnished, with well equipped kitchenette and nice view on the swimming pool patio area. Very silent both at night and day. Smooth self check in, we have then randomly met the host in the common circulation area and he gave us a few tips for the area.

The swimming pool could have been cleaner, there were leafs and water didn't flow away. The location is ok if you have a car, it's walking distance from the center but I wouldn't recommend walking back by night, especially in the last few blocks which are a bit dark and there is not a soul.

The hosts were great. Very friendly and helpful.

Some noise from equipment of the property and some minor hot water availability issues. The property is at the edge of the town so some walking is required to go to the center.

Super nice and clean spot with pool. The owner responds very quickly to your questions.

Far away from the center, the walk is not nice. Would return if we had our own car. Bikes are not in the best shape.

Paco was an excellent host. He replied so quickly on Whatsapp if I had any questions at all. The room was lovely in size and the pool was gorgeous. The wifi was very good.

It was a touch more out of town than I was expecting, but you could hire bikes at the accomodation to easily get you anywhere!

The room was excellent it had everything we needed and more, very clean and efficient, the pool was really lovely and warm and cleaned daily. Outside was great for parking our scooter and area was perfect when you have a mode of transport, if your walking it’s not that far into town at all but it gets very hot quickly when walking.

The stairs can get very slippy when it rains as they are wood, so just be careful. Otherwise it was perfect.

Paco was an amazing host, providing great advice and recommendations for us, besides a great room with a full kitchenet, great wifi service, cable service stable, and great A/C, nice small pool and finishes

Location is not the best if you are planning to use the public transportation you'd need to walk or pay for a taxi. Also, the Windows mesh could be cleaner (dusty)

Nice atmosphere, very clean. We especially liked the pool area. The host is very kind.

The location is not so good. We have almost got attacked by dogs when returning with bikes.

Located just outside of Tulum Center. Great new food and cafe spots nearby, plus close to Holistika Yoga. Quieter vs. city center.

The sound carried at night. There was a bar/club that's about 1 km from the property. 4/5 nights I heard music go late into the night - even with windows closed and ear plugs, it was hard to sleep. Also, need a car or scooter to get around to center and the beach - especially in 30+ C heat.

It is a little far out of town but we knew that before booking.

It has good Wifi, Netflix, large bed, room comes with a kitchen that is fully equiped. it was nice to have a hairdryer as it seems its an extra in Mexico. The place is private and everything feels clean.

its quite far from the center so , you would need a car , cab or atleast a bike to get there.

I had time consuming problems: 1. I rented a bicycle from the hotel, which is located outside the center. It was an old and rusty bike that broke down after a few kilometer and I had to push it to a repair shop loosing two hours of my time. Back in the hotel I got another one which was also in a bad rusty shape (only one break hardly working and difficult to move because of lack of oil and grease on chain and pedals). In the evening the was not there, so I had to use the bike the next day to get to a bike rental, that offered bicycles in an acceptable condition. Instead of excusing for these problems, the owner insisted several times that I had to pay the 200 Pesos for the rental. 2. Another problem has occurred in the first morning as neither myself nor the hotel owner could open the safe because of a mechanical malfunction. That had to be fixed before getting my things out of the safe. For that I had to get back to the hotel at noon time. 3. The room wasn't cleaned durinmg the stay

This is a new facility a few blocks from the main shops, but clean and spacious. Paco was gracious and accommodating in every way. I rented a bicycle from them which was convenient. Free WiFi had good bandwidth and the room included a full kitchen. The small pool is just right for a refreshing dip, and the design assures security.

beautiful quiet suites with a well kept oasis (courtyard & pool), rooms were well equipped for our stay

beds were hard, slightly out of town so would recommend for people with bikes/car (bikes are available to rent)
