My family and I stayed here so I could attend my GIA lab in Carlsbad. At first we were a little nervous driving up to the address. But once we were inside of the gated property we were happy. The property is clean and well kept. The inside was everything we needed. Would stay again! Definitely!

Property worked well for our two small pups with large gated backyard. Wonderful shower and nice gift of smore ingredients. Thanks to Paul making our stay pleasant.

The house is exactly like the pictures and has a full set of kitchen appliances and gadgets. It is very pet friendly, including a doggie-door in the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Was an awesome place for me and my family to stay. Was super accommodating has everything that we need there. Rooms are very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. This is our second time here and did not disappoint yet again.

This is a wonderful house in a great location. The house was spotless and so well appointed. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would stay here again.

Easy check in & out. Beautiful place, it felt like home. We had a blast with the games and fire pit with our Marine. We will definitely be back for sure. Very private and a perfect location to base, beach & food. The beds are very cozy and the shower was amazing. We can't say enough how we love this place.

You would never know this corner of heaven was hidden behind all the lush plants and flowered gates. The house is gorgeous and the kitchen was fabulous. Everything you could need and even things I forgot were provided in the cabinet. The outdoor space was our big hit. We loved the citrus tree and banana trees and nice fire pit area. All the beds were comfy and the best part was the cozy soft blankets and having a fan in each room. This was only my 2nd time renting thru vrbo but I hope they are all awesome like Paul’s listing. He was a fantastic host as well. Left us s’mores stuff & delicious bottle of wine for my daughters birthday. We will definitely book again in the future!

Clean, modern, two bedroom one bath home. Has a fenced patio to hang out as well as fenced yard for dogs to roam. Kind of a rough neighborhood but we had no trouble for our week stay. Trash cans were taken out too which was nice. Other than needing a new couch, property worked great for us! Fully stocked for all your needs and host is great!

We were in town for a baseball tournament. Grear location for north county baseball fields. Good local food and coffee spots. Beds were clean and comfortable. Lots of added amenities including everything you need for a beach day. Would definitely stay again

The place was perfectly located near beach and restaurants and short distance to Legoland and other destinations like Carlsbad and San Diego Zoo. The place had everything we needed to make meals and enjoy coffee or drinks on outside patio. Great place to stay for a family vacation.

We stayed here for a girls trip and honestly, it was amazing. Paul was responsive to a couple of requests that we reached out about, and the home was set up so thoughtfully! From the s'more kit in the kitchen to the relaxing hammock in the backyard, we just really didn't want to leave! The proximity to the beach and downtown area was super close, not walkable, but a short 5-minute or less drive to the happening scene was super convenient. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Host was able to have house ready hours before check in time, which was a huge help for a family 5 who drove from Seattle. The house was clean and was well stocked with all the essentials. Nice open backyard. Someone even stopped by during our week there to take the trash cans to the curb.

Very nice condo, wonderful hosts. Could not ask for a better experience. Really enjoyed the private parking at the back of the condo. Will stay here again next time visiting my son stationed at Camp Pendleton.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the house is very comofortable and private but with lots of usable outdoor space. It has easy access to the 5 for getting around San Diego and is a 15 minute walk down to Oceanside beach. Thank gor your hospitality!

This property was super nice. Has its own parking in back so was never an issue. Close to just about anything you would want to do in the area. Had very good communication. I definitely would recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay in Oceanside. The home was well equipped with a nice yard and BBQ grill. It was very comfortable for our family and close to everything. The place was very clean as well!
