Staff
Staff were helpful including the security guards. Manager was very accommodating and pleasant.

The breakfast was fine and the service was excellent from the security guard to the owner of the hotel they were all approachable and kind. The only issue was the slow wifi connection and the location was a bit far from the center.

It was in a peaceful, residential area with a lot of pine trees surrounding it. Close to town and other tourist destinations. Not too big and not too small…just right to make you feel like you are home

Clean, spacious rooms
Our room was very close the restaurant / lobby so at night you can hear the noise when you are trying to sleep.

Location was near almost to everything, however at night its kinda difficult to find your way back especially waze is not accurately giving the right directions. Love that they are pet friendly ~ will be my go to hotel when traveling with my fur-baby. Also the all the staff are super friendly ^^

The Hotel was awesome and the staff are so friendly and courteous. The food was great especially their pizza and their steak. We also meet the owner Dr. Reyes we would like to thank him for being so accommodating. The place is so pet friendly. We definitely had a great stay in this hotel.

The coziness, the super friendly staff (plus the very friendly man of the house Sir Jhun!), food was great! And we love the location, Giraffe is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by pine trees so despite the pollution and traffic in the city, we could still smell the pine trees!
We didn’t mind not having an a/c in the room because the weather was cold enough.. but not everyday in Baguio is chilly. and when the weather gets hot, the ceiling fan in our room was a bit too slow so we had to request for an additional fan. It was granted right away, thanks to the efficient staff :)

Room 101 is a corner room. You can hear conversations from the garden and front desk. All else is more than ok

We love everything about the hotel … staff, location , value for the money and Richard the hotel manager is exceptional . Many thanks to the owner Dr Reyes who we met - exceptional choice of decor for his property. We will surely stay at Giraffe anytime we are in Baguio.👍👍👍.
