VRBO/Evolve allowed me to book this listing 6 days after a tornado, that we knew nothing about at that time. When I called to give my vehicle info to the owner, I was told there was only boat dock damage, and our boat could be parked on the property overnight. This was not the case! The residents were trying to piece their lives back together after the devastation. Our condo was wonderful, nicer than we expected, but the surrounding buildings had sustained ALOT of damage. We were clearly in the way and made to feel very not welcome. Our "designated" parking spot was covered in construction material, no signs anywhere about boat parking or prohibiting. We never received clear instructions where to park our vehicle or boat. We informed the owner (my only contact person) that we would be leaving the next morning. We never met the property manager until he had our boat towed...While we were packing to leave!!!!

Went with friends for an extended weekend getaway, and the condo is perfect. Very roomy and open feel with floor to wall windows overlooking the lake. Beds are very comfortable, and amenities needed are all there. Down to a lake raft. Highly recommended

Quiet property right on the lake and was exactly as pictured! The literally thought of everything! There was plenty of soap, shampoo, snacks, bandaids, sippy cups, tons of seasonings, coffee maker, keurig, k cups, creamer, ice maker, air fryer, crockpot, hangers, drawer space, qtips, and i could go on and on! The beds were insanely comfortable and i am obsessed with the decor. Plenty of seating, very nice set up, clean and all in all was perfect for our trip!

Loved this property. It was located far enough away from the busy traffic but close enough to everything we wanted to do. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the house was so clean. Beds were very comfortable. House has everything you need for a great stay. Included shampoo/conditioner in the shower, blow dryer, ice maker (big plus) and all the appliances you can think of in the kitchen. This was the least troublesome property we have ever rented. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area. Thanks for a great experience.

I had a fun time everything was clean and ms Diana was very sweet and respectful the house had a beautiful view it had toys and everything I needed for my two little ones. All appliances I was close to stores it was a safe community and I enjoyed myself I would love to book that hole again

Great property! Clean, well decorated, centrally located with an amazing lake view, and pets allowed. The kitchen was fully stocked, making our Thanksgiving preparations so easy. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was very neat, organized and clean, just like I would have it at home. Great views of Lake Hamilton. Close to everything you need. Enjoyed it so much. Oh, and the decor was just icing on the cake.

You’d have to look very hard to find a more comfortable, or quiet, or beautiful spot than Diana’s condo! If you take one of the Duck Tours downtown you will actually tour the lake this condo is on and see some of the other beautiful homes and sights! She has every single thing you need for your stay and food delivery does not take long out this way either. We had our precious Mini Dachsie with us who loved all the lovely windows! My husband brought his rod and enjoyed a bit of fishing. Sgt. Pepper and I enjoyed the patio and walking the grounds in the gorgeous weather we had that weekend. We toured a couple museums and enjoyed the shops and dining downtown. We plan on returning to this amazing city with our grands and hope to stay in this lovely condo again!

I agree with another review that stated this feels like staying at a friend’s home instead of a rental. The property is clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, well stocked, amazing sunrises, with easy access to Hot Springs. The only downside to the convenience is the road noise from the highway—and it wasn’t an issue inside only detracts from the patio experience. That said, I’d stay there again! Manager is very organized with great check-in instructions.

Property was clean, lovely & comfortable. King size bed was extremely comfortable. The only downside was the stairs to get down to Condo. I have an ambulatory handicap so the 16 stairs down & up were difficult.

This was one of the nicest condo's we've stayed at in Hot Springs! The owners thought of everything. You'll feel like you're visiting relatives!!

This might be the most well-stocked rental I have ever enjoyed. It really was like staying at a friend’s place - everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms; just bring yourselves and your food and beverages. Tons of linens and a game closet. So many options on the TV if you need a reprieve from the fun in the sun. The two large bedrooms (kings) and two bathrooms works so great for 2 couples. The views from the unit are so lovely. I enjoyed waking up in the master suite each morning staring out at the lake (and that bed is sooooo comfortable!). Location is super convenient to enjoy all of the attractions in Hot Springs. We will be back.
