Hello. This house is very nice but needs a deep cleaning. The fan in the master bedroom had crud hanging off it as did the vent. The carpet in the middle bedroom had a big stain on it. It might be worthwhile to put hard flooring in since it is a pet friendly property. I could smell dog being I. The master bedroom. The smell of Fabuloso cleaning agent was so overwhelming it made our eyes water. We opened all windows the first day and every day when we were in the house. It makes me wonder what smell they were trying to cover. If there was a deep cleaning, carpets removed and a less strong smelling cleaner was used I would give this property 5 stars.

Although there was a mix up in bookings, the host was easy to work with and set my group up with a similar house.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Plenty of room to spread out. All bedrooms have queen beds. It could use some updates, but it worked out real well for us.

We were in town for a softball tournament and it was perfect space for what we needed. Roomy enough for the kids to go to bed and allowed the parents to hang out at night. Would definitely stay again!

The house is big. It is clean. Four girls stayed for a weekend. The hot water ran out while the third one was in the shower. It rained and we noticed a leak into the hall bathroom. The beds were comfortable. They had plenty of outlets in the room. They are dog friendly. Communication with the host was poor, but we didn’t really have trouble besides the leak.

House was just what we needed, 3 bedrooms, close to airport, lovely backyard. We would’ve grilled steaks and enjoyed that, but due to late check in and not KNOWING there was a gas grill, we didn’t. House could use some updating, but it was plenty fine for 1 night.

Really nice house, with plenty of room for all 7 of us. Very cozy, I would definitely stay here again!

We booked several short term rentals for a family wedding. This one was a good one. Happy with everything. A couple others were terrible, but this one was just as it was listed, so thank you to the property owners!

Sarah our host was wonderful, answered questions within minutes of asking. House was clean and on a nice quiet street. Will definitely stay again when we travel to Mesa AZ

Nice home, loved that they accepted pets and our dogs enjoyed the back yard.

Overall ok. The dining room walls are barren, not a warm atmosphere. The outside trash cans gave off a putrid odor. Since you ask the tenant to dump the trash, maybe you could set the cans out for pickup and maybe clean them some. A poor departing impression.

Everything was great.

Sarah's place is great. The yard was lovely, and all rooms as described. Communication with Sarah was great. Sarah was great to work with and accommodating, even due to some confusion on our end. Thanksgiving Dinner was a success!
