The condo was lovely, spotlessly clean. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, beds were comfortable, very spacious. Had a wonderful stay!!! Carol left a nice surprise for my son’s birthday, a very nice thing to do. We appreciated her kindness and all her help.

The Salty Salmon is a wonderful place to stay. The location is right next to Lake Michigan. You are only a few steps away from the beach. We enjoyed a couple of beautiful sunsets during our stay in early April. The condo was very clean. The condo space was perfect for the 4 of ua. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals. The inoor pool and spa was right behind our unit. Carol stay in touch with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we need. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend the Salty Salmon. We will definitely be back. Hopefully we can come up during the summer.

We loved our stay. Plenty of room for 2 families, coffee!, soft comfy blankets, books for mama and the littles. We chose here in part because of the playground and pool but spent most time exploring the area and never made it to the pool. I’ve stayed at places with more character but this one was very functional for the group we had. Wi-Fi just ok, I might have had issues w bandwidth during busier hours or multiple people streaming but was fine.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. So comfortable, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen (which we appreciated since we cooked a lot of our meals). It’s within walking distance to the gorgeous beach (amazing sunsets), pool and town (nice shops, restaurants and movie theater). Short drive to Onekama, Arcadia, Ludington or Frankfort (about an hour from Traverse City). Carol was so easy to communicate with before and during our stay. She has a lot of consideration and care for her guests and it shows with the thoughtful welcome sign, snacks and activity suggestions. We have been vacationing in Harbor Village for 20 years and this condo is definitely at the top of our list. Thank you!

Easily the best VRBO I have stayed in. Everything was thought of by the host. Fully stocked from toilet paper to beach towels and hand soap. The host even provided single serving snacks and waters as a welcoming gift, which my kids loved. Very close to accommodations in the community and walking distance to beach. The space was more than inviting and large enough for my entire family. The host was easily reachable. If you’re looking for a place in the Manistee area this is it.

This was an ideal condo for multifamily vacation. Perfect location for all ages. The condo is spotless and spacious. Great communication with owner. We would love to stay here again.

My wife and I had a lovely time here with two of our adult children. The Salty Salmon has comfy bedrooms, three tiers of porches for morning coffee or evening drinks, and a well-appointed kitchen. It’s an easy walk to the beach and you can stroll into Manistee as well for the restaurants and shops in the town.

We really enjoyed our stay in Manistee! The condo was set up perfectly for two families. Very clean and close to the pools.

Our stay at the Salty Salmon was wonderful! It was impeccably clean, and probably the most well-appointed vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you could want for cooking meals, and then some! It is beautifully decorated, and just as seen online! We were traveling with a three-year-old and a one-year-old, and his home made it so much easier! A pack-and-play (with sheet) and high chair were included, making travel easier, and the kids loved the pirate ship playground and pool that were a very short walk from the condo. The beach has gorgeous soft sand (hardly any rocks or shells) and is less than a half mile walk. The home included a wagon, multiple nice backpack-style beach chairs, a beach umbrella with anchor, boogie boards, and sand toys (the most beach gear I have ever seen included!). The only negative of the experience was that neighbors were clearly closely watching (they reported us for having close to the advertised maximum capacity for the condo), which made us feel a little uncomfortable. But overall, we would stay again!

We arrived to a well-appointed, comfortable and clean condo. Plenty of space for the six of us to gather and relax. We were attending a large family gathering during our stay and coming back to the condo to rest and relax was just what we needed. Carol is very easy to work with and she did a good job of keeping us informed and giving us information about the property and the surrounding area. Our party of 6 gave it 12 thumbs up and would recommend it to others!

The condo was perfect. Very clean and close proximity to the pool which the kids loved. It was very clean and spacious with plenty of room for us all. We hope to visit again soon. Carol was easy to contact and a great host. The sign and welcome package was a nice touch.

Unfortunately, the weather on our vacation was not the greatest but the condo was wonderful. The property is clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed using the fireplace on the not so nice days! The indoor pool was also a hit for my kids since we could not utilize the outdoor pool. Carol was easy to contact and communicate with during the trip. We really enjoyed our time and hope to visit again in the future!

The 3 level Condo is wonderful, plenty of room with quiet spaces , owners are thoughtful and go above and beyond , so clean , Have stayed at 11 different properties in Harbor Village and this one is right at the top. A very fun vacation, Thank You
