Location and layout; staff very accommodating! Shout out to Amy and Bard!!!

Just a suggestion to put screen door on balcony; also a concern if something spills from higher floor of balcony, it will affect lower floors due to flooring type.

Fabulous use of location. Amazing view. New and clean. The fire pit area was our favorite aspect. The breakfast killed the great stay. The food was gone and tasteless when it finally arrived. The staff of the breakfast room were surely and complaining about the number of guests. Very odd and non welcoming. We left and got breakfast elsewhere. Very surprising for a Hampton.

We loved the property. We loved the location. Brilliant in every way. The check in was lovely. The room was great! Wish there was a soaking tub but the shower was ok. ( not a shower person - but soaking tubs are just not available routinely in the US) Work on breakfast. Make it guest friendly. Talk to the staff about actually having food on the hot bar. Their attitude was horrid.

Beach / lake views exceeded our expectations. Breakfast bar was excellent every morning and staff was very knowledgeable and eager to help.

Can't say there was anything i didn't like.

This location has been a favorite travel spot for years. The new hotel is beautiful!

The hotel is much more pricey than the former motel. But the new amenities are certainly top quality.
