The rental was a cute comfy place. The bad part was the grounds around the building and entrance was overgrown with weeds. Stairs down to apartment were loose and needed cleaning and painting of this area. The apartment had a kinda musty smell at first but. Went away. All and all good stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We stayed 3 nights at the Executive Work Space in Fairbanks and had a great stay. The Pros: Location! It is very close to the river and the walking path. I walked there every morning and evening and it was a beautiful path leading to downtown and the Visitor Center, Golden Heart Plaza and many restaurants and attractions. The apartment was also very clean and comfortable with like new accommodations. It was warm in Fairbanks while we were there so we appreciated the fans provided (air conditioning is rare in Fairbanks). The new washer and dryer were also very convenient. Cons: the exterior looks a little shabby driving up to it and it is a daylight basement. I would have liked to open the windows but there were no screens and I was concerned about mosquitos. We had a little trouble getting WiFi working but we reset the modem and had no further issues. All in all It was a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay. Much better than a hotel!
