The check in was amazing. Harold who checked us in was so kind, friendly, welcoming and just Fabulous.

We arrive at 9:30pm they told us the dinner restaurant closes at 11:00pm what they didnt tell us is that at 10:00pm the menu change and we can only order some things. I had to stand up and go looking forsome one to take our order. Service is slow. Also the shower wasnt clean there were hairs in the floor and in the walls
Its a beautiful hotel and the reception and room is nice, just need to work on the service and cleanness.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this brand new hotel (just 2 years old) and were super impressed by the modern elegance and attention to detail. The friendly staff went above and beyond to take care of our needs right from the time we were picked up by the hotel shuttle from the airport. Breakfast buffet spread was great and well worth the money.

The hotel is only two years old, so it’s nice and clean. It’s very close to the airport, but there’s not much in walking distance.
Add the breakfast buffet. You won’t regret it.

Horrible service. They don’t even attempt to clean your room and when they do they forget to peave all clean towels back. The phone line does not even work.

The rooms do not cool down enough very warm no air circulation they say it’s to be “green” however we all know it’s to limit expense of energy

Front desk staff were very professional , kind a d helpful. The breakfast was incredible, loved the buffet and omelet option. Room was clean and comfortable. Wifi was decemt.

Our stay was fine except for some details that I was not aware of like parking fees added to my charges without my knowledge in addition to some charge that O was not informed about. Most of my trips all over the world was in Marriot but this trip made me decide not to recommend it to any relative or friend.

The only strange thing was getting to the rooftop bar. Taking the elevator to the top floor was fine, but no clear signs as to how to get the bar. Finally saw a sign leading to another staircase to the bar . Strange.

Property was very clean and staff was nice but bathroom shower was not working first day and we had to switch rooms. Next evening when we got back then TV was not working but i didn't report it to the staff because it was late and i didn't want to change room again because we were checking out next day anyway

The hotel is short staffed !!! They take ages to check you in or to get you ordered food or transfer your luggage to the room.
The house keeping also did not do well their work..
Their is no air conditioning in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and they let us check in early. Thank you. Restaurant on the property which was nice since there aren’t any within walking distance. The only complaint was the lack of cool air in the room. We had to ask for a fan.

AC can't get cooler than 18 C. Pillows very hard......Staff was good. Small rooms,, ok beds, fine for one night

The cleanliness and the service was great. The location close to the airport was convenient, but it felt off the beaten path for Geneva. But, I knew that in advance. Great experience. Buffet breakfast was not very good food but the service made up for it. Bit overall a great stay and we left pleased.

After touring Alsace and Burgundy wine regions, which were magical. The Marriott is a luxury rest bite before going in to the mountains.
