It is a beautiful well appointed hotel and I was very comfortable there. The bed was amazing so I slept really well and they have so many amenities, I just really enjoyed my stay.

Was in West Palm for one night for business. Hotel is new. Very very clean. No carpeting in room - a major plus for me! Sparsely furnished but very functional. Had a fridge in the room that actually kept my beverages cold. Lots of towlels & storage space in bathroom. Bathroom needs another towel hook. Need better signage in garage telling you where to park & directing to hotel check-in. RIght now it is self park only. They said valet is coming soon. Offers free local transportation until 9pm via Circuit. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing one night stay. Service was impeccable. The room was cozy and very chic. It’s located in the heart of downtown WPB. I am definitely going to stay here again.

The hotel was conveniently located and incredibly clean and fresh feeling. The room was spacious with a great view of the harbor. The staff were super friendly as well.
The on premise market offered a very ecclectic assortment of food, drinks , snacks etc. - well beyod the traditional hotel "store." A bit pricey, but still walked a way with a few things. Only issue- The spa (which was "hyped up") enough so that I planned on getting treatments for myself and my son, couldnt accommodate us because they didnt have the staff and that we should come back in a few days and reschedule. Unfortunately, I dont set my business travel around spa dates. When I discussed this with teh front desk, it was met with indifference. (FTR- Offering a shopping bonus in the on premise store would have been a great way to augment the disappointment. Just saying...) Kept it from a 5 star review...

Dogs throughout the hotel..constantly barking..and dog hair everywhere..I was woken up several times during my stay.
I explained this to front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything about it..
Other than feeling like I was staying in a kennel..the staff was very friendly and helpful..

Wonderful hotel! Very friendly front desk and cleaning staff. Walked to shopping and to the beach, but they also have a courtesy shuttle that was super convenient.

The hotel is very sexy, and sleek. The rooms are very clean and have a sink and microwave in the kitchen . Some rooms also have a stove. The pool is excellent and the gym as well. The restaurant downstairs is not the hotel’s but it’s fabulous. The hotel also has a little market for groceries and smoothies, it’s like a little Whole Foods.

I booked thru EXPEDIA and it was an non-refundable rate, but when I woke with an extreme case of "the runs", shivers and body aches, i had to cancel. Begged both the hotel and EXPEDIA to understand this was out of my hands and at least give me a credit for future use. It was impossible to get that request thru w/o a doctor's note. What are we? Kindergarten? My doctor told me on the phone to the immonium AD and Advil. As a refuse to produce that note, they decline refund or credit and blame each other. Never using EXPEDIA nor going to an AKA property.

I like that the property had a full kitchen and washer and dryer. I also like that there were 2 bathrooms. The views were gorgeous. I like the cleanliness of the property and the staff were professional and courteous.

The accommodations or up-to-date, clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was kind and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed. Walking distance from several eateries and the water. Great views of the water. The exercise room was adequate, and the pool and the deck are well managed. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing getaway in West Palm Beach!

Queen studio was perfect size. In room kitchenette with minifridge, microwave and coffee maker. On site market/store with made to order breakfast sandwiches and smoothies. Pool, gym, lounge and restaurant were exceptional. Walk to Clematis, Flager Park, local restaurants. Free shuttle within 2 miles of hotel. Will stay again.

I left the free Brightline Premium tickets unused, but if I had a longer stay I bet they would've been my favorite amenity.

On the pricey side but the property is conveniently situated, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and well appointed - loved having a solid surface floor instead of carpet. The shuttle service was the highlight of the stay as the driver was amazing and it was nice to just hop in and out to go to dinner, shopping, etc.

I arrivved 8 hours late due to plabe delays the night manager i believe his name was Jarod was absolutely amazing. I was exhausted plus i wad there for a very heartbreaking reason but they staff made up for it.

Great property location, The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and super nice. The on-site market and restaurant are really good and food is delicious. The only thing I can complain about is the window covers are not blackout and the bath towels are not great but they have nice bath robes. We have stayed there a couple times and find it a good value and conveniently located close to the Brightline and area activities. If driving to the stay, Pay for the $25 parking because the Palm Beach meter maids are no joke.

AKA WP Hotel was a great stay, especially for those new to the WP area. It was close to the downtown core and the beach. All restaurants, and shopping such as Worth and Clematis were walkable. All staff were very kind and helpful, including Andrew and Bradley. The one thing the hotel can improve on is putting more items in the hotel room. The room and furniture was beautiful but there was no kitchenware in the kitchenette and limited supplies in the bathroom as well, such as only one roll of toilet paper. Overall great stay!
