Property was contacted immediately after arrival and I shared concerns regarding cleanliness of property and that their end of the contract was NOT upheld. We left immediately and stayed at Hilton. The property said no problem and asked for me to send pics. I sent pics and video and of course…crickets. No response. They will not reply to me.

6 Ladies were very comfortable for a long weekend in Memphis. Kitchen was very nice,the enclosed front porch is awesome for morning coffee and long talks. Beds were very comfortable and ample bedding and towels were provided. Great location and parking. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great property, needs a little cleaning and landscaping in the backyard. Dryer doesn’t dry at all, but overall it met our needs.

Pros: location is great next to the park and easy access to Memphis activities. The house layout and bed arrangement is great for two families. Beds were comfortable. Wi-Fi was reliable and fast. Management company does respond quickly to email, text and phone. Local contact who came out to address issue was prompt and very nice. Cons: management company requests additional personal information without providing any secure way to submit it. Check-in info was not sent the day before. When it was requested it was incomplete and inconsistent with VRBO posting- took a few messages to get it. Kitchen is poorly stocked for cooking. In general house was not flipped well has not been well maintained since the photos were taken. It was not very clean when we arrived. Front door was in bad shape and actually broke during our visit which prevented us from getting back into the house. No one including local contact had key for the side door. Temporary repair was done relatively quickly but frustrating when you have tired hungry kids and can’t get into the house.
