Lovely quiet position. Caravan was very clean and reasonably well equipped with all you would need. The park itself is great for kids. It was just me as a single Dad with two kids, boy and girl, with a 4 year age difference, which can be hard to keep entertained sometimes, but they were both in their element. We will definitely consider this caravan and park again.

Almost nothing. The caravan is located at one of the furthest points, so it was quite a walk to the facilities, but we actually didn't mind that too much. Even the kids!

Campsite was lovley where we was. Caravan was excellent and clean . Brilliant communication.

The parking on butlins site and by the caravan the spaces were extremely tight . As they are all labelled with the caravan numbers on the floor you have an allocated space which is fine. However my dad is registered disabled and there was no space to get in and out of the car. We were really really lucky as every space was taken apart from the caravans next to us so my dad had to park over 2 spaces in order to get in and out.

Tge caravan Was spacious and clean. Would definitely return. Was simple to check in and checkout. My messages respnse was also quick. Very friendly to deal with.

Accusations from the Host claiming that there was smoking in the Caravan, I was there with my mother who has stage 4 Lung Cancer an 4 children.. neither of the Adults smoke... I was also threatened with fumigation costs when no one had done anything wrong. I wasn't asked I was accused an threatened. Disgusting behaviour

Great size caravan. The caravan owners were amazing and they were there for all our needs.

I suffer with my neck, So Unfortunately for myself the bed was a little hard. As were the pillows ( my preference and will remember to start taking my own with me) But we slept on the sofa and that was very comfy..

Caravan was clean and modern. Great location and not much noise. Caravan was well equipped for our stay. Lovely that there were some games for kids.

Could have done with some instructions on how to use appliances and heating etc. Bathroom/ toilet is small for those with longer legs.
