The owner forgot we had a reservation so we were not able to get into the house until 5:45pm because it had to be cleaned. The owner was apologetic. The house itself was clean when we got there except for alot of daddy long leg spiders in various corners of the house. The outside of the house also needs some pest control as there were alot of bugs and spiderwebs. The backyard also needs some work. This is an older home that has been updated. The furniture in the living and dinning room are nice and the bathroom is nicely updated. Communication with the owner during our stay was good. We had an issue with the washing machine and the owner was quick to get it resolved. The house was close to shopping and downtown area.

Great place, great communication.

House was great. A little dated. But overall nice. My only real complaint was the wall outlets are pretty worn and won’t hold a plug well. CPAP’s and phone chargers were a struggle to keep plugged in. But we got it. Was a great place at a great price. Would stay again.

This property is updated and very efficient. Great communication with the owner. Close to the college we were visiting. Will definitely return!

Dead bugs and live spiders. We had to sweap and clean out the shower. The place was nice and the location is good. Curtins are needed around the front door. Everything else was good. It just needed someone to come in and tidy up before we got there. The place was clean, just may have been empty for awhile and collected some uninvited guest. For the money, I would pick another place.

House was nice for a quick weekend stay. It was a bit dirty on the floors in corners, just looks to need a good deep clean. More cookware/and dishes would have been helpful along with baking pans. Owner was fast to respond to messages and check in/out was a breeze!

Host communicated promptly and was very helpful. The house has more floor space than we expected. It does only have one bathroom so keep that in mind if it matters. But it was great for us. Clean, comfortable, easy in and out. We will stay there again as long as it is price competitive with other options. This time it was cheaper and that really helped our budget.
