We had a wonderful family vacation on Folly Beach. Our house was perfect. Immaculate, great location overlooking the water, beds were wonderful, kitchen well stocked, towels and linens were in great shape, all in all it was the best.

We had a family vacation at this beautiful beach retreat with 3 generations. The location allowed everyone to enjoy the ocean throughout the day for as long as they each wanted to. Communication was prompt and appropriate with any questions or concerns.

Had a great stay. Location of the house was great. Deck and porch overlooking the ocean was fantastic. We had drinks on the deck multiple nights - great place to unwind after a busy day.
Kitchen was great... very well provisioned... great for cooking meals at the house. Outside gas grill was also outstanding.

A beautiful property - as lovely as appears in the photos! Everything met our expectations- great outdoor space, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms. Prime beach front location, just a few steps down to the sand. Everything went very smoothly from check in to check out - highly recommend.

My father, sister and I stayed three nights at Out of the Blue. We had a wonderful time listening to the sound of the waves all day long. This is a place to tune out and let go. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped, and our bedrooms were lovely. The management company was responsive with questions we had. Highly recommended.

The property looks spectacular in the listing and did not disappoint. The oceanfront location is breathtaking and the house offered everything we needed for an amazing weekend getaway. Thank you!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was beautiful, from the well-appointed kitchen to the comfy beds to the INCREDIBLE porch deck. (We never wanted to leave the latter.) Gorgeous view, quiet neighborhood, easy walk to town and market. The house was the best-stocked rental property we’ve ever stayed in. And when we had a small repair issue, Rodney came in 20 minutes to handle it! So friendly and responsive. We will certainly be coming back. 5+ stars!

We had the very Best time in this beautiful home that is immaculately maintained. We loved the openness for us all to hang together yet easily able to close off sun room for our grandson to play. The large deck is where we hung out mostly. We grilled our meals and ate out there. Having the covered portion gave versatility from being in the sun or not. I would very highly recommend staying at this house. We'll be back!

This was the best beach house my family and I have stayed in! Located perfectly, the beach is just a few steps out the back door. The home was clean, well appointed, and just the right amount of a drive into Charleston for day trips! ! I think the best part of the house was the back porch with all the seating we could need. Perfect! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Wow! That is one of the words that come to mind when describing this property. We have stayed in a number of rental properties throughout the years, but this one is the best!! It was such a beautiful house in a wonderful location. The decor was spot on and I really didn't want to leave. There was nothing we did not love. We would love to return to this property some day.

What a great beach house. Everything we needed was provided. We especially enjoyed the outside grill area. Dealing with the management company was easy and efficient.

Our family enjoyed the quiet, well-stocked, clean, perfect sized home on the beach for a relaxing getaway. We have stayed in many short-term rentals, hotels, suites, vacation homes, etc. and found this house to be superbly maintained and efficient. Keep up the great work.

This was the most beautiful house I’ve ever stayed in. It was very easy to rent and I got the exact dates I wanted. This was one of my family’s very best vacations.
