The location allowed easy access to the centre of Ponta Delgada and to the waterfront. Free parking just up the road. The apartment was cleaned every day and was immaculate. All you needed was there including access to laundry.

We had a private apartment which was cleaned daily. There were a lot of facilities that we could use: washing room with drying rack (for eg. swim clothing), free water bottle in room, coffee and even some milk in the fridge, complimentary cookie, extra beach towels to use, hairdryer, 2 airconditioners… There is a big free parking in walking distance and the host gave us a little booklet with some restaurant tips and suggested activities. He was very easy to reach through WhatsApp. Overall perfect luxury stay!

There was a fully equiped kitchen, but we missed some basics like salt & pepper, olive oil, paper towels, oven mits… Another tip would be to add some more hangers in the bathroom. But these are really small improvents to make the stay even better.

The staff was super friendly, the apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and had a great location. The beds were very comfortable and there was free convenient parking close by.

Very well designed and beautiful place. Host Bruno was extremely helpful from checkin to checkout. There’s only paid parking in front of the place, but there’s free parking available one block away.

The condo was in a great location and there were very comfortable places to hang out in the unit. The unit had great air conditioning on every room. They stocked the fridge with water, juice and baked bread. The manager was very helpful and made us feel welcomed. would definitely stay here again!

Parking was just a little difficult, but not really too bad. there always seemed to be paid spots just outside, but the meter only accepted coins. There is plenty of free parking a few blocks up the street that is easy to grab in the evenings.

Loved the staff they were so kind and did the best to make our stay the most comfortable. The room was so clean and everything looked brand new- loved the shower especially. The kitchen was also fully equipped and we made fresh coffee everyday.

Just a few communication issues with staff about the time we were arriving so we waited a bit to get inside- but we understand and they made it up to us and continued to be attentive.

The property is well located in Ponte Delgada, close to many restaurants and bars. The apartment we took was well equipped and beautifully designed. Everything is perfect! Here are all of necessary facilities what is requied to stay for family. In addition Mr. Bruno who is member in santa clara is very kind and provide good service and feedback immediately when asking some inquiries. I really regret to make reservation for other accommodation to tour east side of azores. Because I fully satisfied to stay in here. Next yearI will visit again to due good memories in Santa clara 1828. I hope Mr. Bruno, you will be kept good health to see you someday again.

Everything. The apartment is amazing, very spacious and lightly. Beautiful decoration, modern and with good taste. The location is perfect, central and close of all, but at the same time in a quiet street. To highlight: the attention of the staff was excellent.

Imposible to find something.

The room is very tastefully decorated and equipped with all the ameneties you need. Beautifull bathroom, 2 seperate bedrooms and a sitting area with kitchen with dining space where you can have breakfast or eat dinner. Very clean, new and luxury room. Free parking space available 200 meters away. Parking in front of the appartment is also possible in the street. € 0,60 per hour and free between 18:00-08:00. Supermarket, shops and city center all on walking distance. Bruno was very helpfull and an excellent host. Gave us a lot of recommendations and even let us stay in late the last day. True gem in Ponta Delgada.

This was one of the best accommodations I have stayed in, specially when travelling as a family - it was clean, warm, spacious and with a beautiful design! The welcome was very warm and the hosts were very helpful, even before arriving to the spot. They had a small welcome gift and another one when we were leaving and these small gestures always win my heart:). They had all the essentials for the baby and the rooms were cleaned on daily basis (which was a positive surprise for me). Location was great and the street was quiet. Will definitely stay there again next time we visit São Miguel!

Amazing apartment! Spacious, clean (and gets cleaned every day), comfy beds, very good shower, kitchen with everything you need (including free water, juice etc), very good location, free parking just a three minutes walk away. Also super kind employees who were very helpful with everything. If we're back in Ponta Delgada, we will be back here again.

The rooms and facilities were modern, super clean, and everything was almost new. The street it was on was both quiet yet close to all the action. The host Bruno was available at our disposal and went out of his way to ensure our kids got extra Azorean cake treats, extra waters, etc. We felt really pampered and loved the comfort of the accommodations, particularly when we were sleeping til noon every day adjusting to jetlag and going to sleep at the crack of dawn. Several good restaurants within 5-10 minute walk as well as a car rental place around the corner. The mini fridge with milk and juice, the kitchenette and dishwasher were all nicely kept clean! Everything was easy! We spent the first day walking around getting to know the town and the second third driving to other parts of the island. Highly recommend booking here. It is only 3 months old so everything has a fresh feeling.

The unit could have used some cooking oil and some paper towels. We also got a fantastic tip on the live weather app that would have been helpful at the beginning of our trip. The rooms, particularly the bedsheets on the first night were also somewhat damp but I imagine that's true everywhere on the island, especially since we are booking during off peak season.

The room was nice, spacious, and clean. Kitchen is equipped very good and also bathroom. The staff was kind and very helpful. We had a pleasant stay in this appartment and we will consider it again in our future visit.

We are very happy with our 7-day stay at Santa Clara 1828. The property is brand new and very well furnished. The rooms are spotless and the service is fantastic. We'd like to come back again in the future and highly recommend it to other travellers.

Very clean, newly designed room only short walk from city center. The owner is really approachable, offering any kind of assistance. Nespresso machine in room is big plus too, and late checkout then usually as well. we had an excellent stay!
