LE PATIO GUILHEMERY Spacious, clean, comfortable, lots of natural light - beautiful. Loads of closet space. The living area was well set up so we could comfortably gather and chat. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent, so close to the city center with a bus stop on the same block and boulangerie a few minutes walk away where we picked up breakfast every morning. We were very comfortable right away and had a pleasant stay. Our host (Aziz) was helpful and responsive to communication. I highly recommend.

We were 3 couples who stayed in Toulouse for 10 days for World Cup Rugby. The apartment met our needs perfectly - clean, comfortable, we could walk every where, well equipped kitchen, shops and restaurants close by. Only hitch was door to the master bathroom wouldn’t close - but otherwise - perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

LE PATIO GUILHEMERY "We booked this 3 bedroom apt for an extensive stay. We were there for 23 days total and had 3 different sets of family and friends come stay with us. I would say that the apt is perfect for 2 couples, but not ideal when there's a greater number of adults. The third bedroom is a Murphy bed just off the living room and there are only 2 bathrooms. If anyone is using the 3 bedroom, they need to use the kitchen sink to wash their hands and brush their teeth or go into someone's room. I would also say that the apt is great for a short stay, but is lacking a few things for longer a longer stay. With regards to the bathrooms, Europeans have this weird habit of designing WC just on their own. No sink! It makes for washing hands annoying especially is you are staying in the 3 bed. The best thing about the apt is the neighbourhood. We were very close to St Aubin and that square was full of fabulous restaurants, cafe and the most amazing Sunday market."

LE PATIO GUILHEMERY beautiful clean and functional apartment. lots of space and the kitchen was so well equipped. very comfortable all around. There was no WiFi avaliable which did not allow the TV to work but overall very enjoyable and i would recommend this apartment.

LE PATIO GUILHEMERY "🙂 The apartment is well equipped, big and nicely furnitured. Patio on the rooftop is great. Easy to walk to the city center, some restaurants and shops nearby. The housekeeper - Gwenola from renting agency was friendly and easy to communicate with in English. Beds pretty comfortable, everything you need in the kitchen, clean towels delivered, good internet. Perfect size and equipment for our family of five. 🙁 The heating was not working. It was locked from any changes of temperature. It was not really cold, but rather chilly in the evenings and mornings - 19-20 degrees. Agency stated that this is due to governmental recommendations to save energy. I totally understand social responsibility, but in appartment that class and price I would expect I am able to set more comfortable temperature for my family, especially late January/early February."
