Best location: 5 min to beach, downtown,and/or Shore road. Good walking so you don’t really need a car. Very clean place and owner was very accommodating.

Perfect location! Very attentive owners! We love it here and the views and convenience is everything. Even with construction going on right next door, workers were thoughtful and considerate. We appreciate the lovely, well cared for space. If only the weather had been better!

My husband and I celebrated our belated honeymoon/one year anniversary here and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The location is unbelievable. It's steps from the beach, Marginal Way and lively downtown Ogunquit. Even on rainy days we had a lot to do here, with every bar and restaurant at our fingertips. The hosts do such a great job keeping the place clean and comfortable. We had a smooth check-in experience and were able to communicate with the hosts throughout our stay. We would recommend this place to anyone! 10/10

The condo was perfect for our mini-getaway. Everything was very clean and organized. Amazing view of the beach, easy walk to all the restaurants and stores.

The unit is more a a hotel suite than a condo. I think they call it a Condel. As such there is a red rig tans a microwave; no oven. The location is in the heart of everything. A very short walk to the beach and to center of town. It’s a 2nd (top) floor unit with a balcony over looking the cove and the beach.

Best location in Ogunquit. Unit is clean and well taken care of.

We stayed in this one bedroom condo with kitchenette. Close to beach and downtown. Able to walk to both and the Marginal Way. Everything was nice. Our only issue was working unfamiliar cable TV. Lots of channels but how to get the ones we watch at home.

I would absolutely book this property again. One minute walk to town/shopping/restaurants. Gorgeous view! Unit was exceptionally clean and was well supplied with everything you need.

I had a wonderful getaway. I needed to have a stress free week and I sure did. Walking the beach really helped. Also sitting on the porch watching the river flow to the sea was very relaxing. I will be coming back again for sure.

Perfect spot for a short vacation in Ogunquit. While this unit does have sleeping for 4, it would be a very tight fit for that many people unless you all get along quite well and for a very short time! But it's just perfect for 2. We'll be recommending this spot to our friends who also visit Ogunquit often.

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo unit with a view out to the Ogunquit river and ocean. The location made it easy to walk to everything; the beach, the shops, restaurants, Marginal Way and Perkins Cove. Just perfect for the two of us. Definitely would stay here again.

We really liked this beach rental for a long weekend. We have stayed at over 2 dozen vacation rentals from the west coast to the east coast, so we recognize when an owner invests well in a rental. The location is perfect with a wonderful view of the beach with the tide coming in and out. Beautiful sunrises. Close enough to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, market, and Marginal Way. For a longer trek, we walked down Main St and turned down to the Footbridge, then looped back around with a walk on the beach back to this rental. The condo is small, but with updated furnishings and flooring. The kitchenette allowed us to bring some food and heat up some meals. Appreciated the shower stall that is wider than most rentals where you can barely turn around. Also appreciate a cable TV and not just a streaming TV. The property manager was available, professional, and helpful. I definitely am looking forward to staying here again next year, which I don't say about many other rentals.

The location was perfect we were able to park our car for our entire stay everything was within walking distance. The condo is nicely furnished very warm and welcoming. This is definitely a place we will return to.

It was a joy to spend a week at this delightful condo. Couldn’t ask for a better experience because the location is perfect, the place is immaculate and has everything you need including a wonderful view. We especially appreciated the generosity of the owner, Blair, and the communication and efficiency of Andy, who handled our seamless experience.

We liked the location and the accommodations. To be honest, it is more like a studio apartment than a condo, but that's okay. The location and easy access to the shops and restaurants was a major plus. We would certainly go back.
