We LOVED IT!!! The property was beautiful, plenty of room, and very clean.

Great location to visit UD and so much room !

To be fair and please understand we do not live in the city. We are more accostom to country life but we're in town for a wedding. The sirens of the emergency vehicles and the neighbors fighting in the street corner (it is located next door to what appears to be an apartment building) and the dogs barking kept us awake. The house was remodeled very well. It is pretty. There is no downstairs bathroom if that matters to anyone. The beds are very comfortable. The home was very clean. The furniture was nice and tastefully done. Instructions to control the thermostat would have been wonderful. It was warm when we got there and cold another time. I'm sure a more tech savvy person would better know how to control it. The owner is fantastic at responding and very nice. Overall I give it four out five. A little bit quieter if a neighborhood would earn it five out five.

Great place for going to family reunions or other gatherings in or around Dayton!

Very clean, spacious and well appointed. Owner was very communicative and friendly. Would stay again and would absolutely recommend!

Great property! New remodel. Would like to have had a restroom on the main floor since I had a couple senior citizens with me it would have been easier on them. Despite that though all was a great experience!

Three adult couples had plenty of room in this four bedroom, two full bathroom home. We were in the area for a soccer tournament in Xenia and was not too far away from the AIA Sports Complex. We ate in most nights, played games around the table in the evening , and enjoyed the warmth of the fireplace. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

The property was SO clean with spacious / updated rooms. Would definitely stay at this property again. Owner provided some bottle waters, coffee, and snacks for our enjoyment. Thank you
