W hotelu bardzo miła i przyjazna obsługa. Fajny basen. Bardzo czysto i pachnąco. W kuchniach super duże wyposażenie. Zero kolejek do gondoli. Dog friendly.

Superbe résidence, espaces neufs, agréables et bien décorés !

Pas de réseau téléphonique et mauvais wifi. Ne permet pas le télétravail. Spa un peu décevant (douches froides, pas de savon, pas de linge).

The wellness center is great, it includes covered pool, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and is open most of the day except on Saturday morning. the apartment (one bedroom) was pretty big with equipped kitchen and it is very nicely decorated. There is a covered free parking included in the cost and we also had access to the bike storage room which was great. I loved the cleaning set for the kitchen.

I liked everything but I think it would be worth to know that the wellness center is closed on Saturday morning until 2 pm and that is a shame since most of activities in La Plagne are off on that day. If you travel with young kids you can easily have a bad for free, you just need to ask for it, however be aware that you need to bring sheets for it as not included in the stay.

Everything is just perfect in the Apartment! A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seats, very comfortable bed! We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The staff is very helpful and friendly and the wellness area is also very good! We definitely come back!

Nice location, very clean

Minor but pillows were not comfortable and very low shower water pressure

property is in an excellent location that enabled us to ski in / out. the rooms was a perfect size for our young family (4&7yr olds). having the pool to come and relax in after a long day on the slopes was fantastic. the kitchen was well stocked. nothing to really dislike about this property.

Nicely furnished, well equipped, light and bright. good to have a pool albeit very small.

Staff were unable to solve basic problems. no heating in twin bedroom for 2 children for 4 nights. No wifi for 3 days. not good enough for such a high amount paid. No effort to solve problems - multiple discussions at reception, logged into issues book and 2 follow up emails from me. The eventual answer on the heating was for an engineer on day 5 to turn up the overall thermostat in our double bedroom to unbearable levels (28 degrees) so children’s room went from 9 degrees to 15.
