Way too noisy, shower was dirty and TV didn’t work

Our room was clean and well kept. AC worked great and was very convenient for our stay. Room faced the Main Street and was very noisy. Staff was very helpful but the only drawback was the street noise that continued well into the night.

The room was small, but at such a good price, I should not complain. Staff is helpful.

No parking, beds are way to noisy and hard. Rooms were not ready at check in time.

I have to ask for cleaning service in my room. Because the bathroom wasn't clean.!

This is a great, affordable place to stay. There is a great restaurant and it is walking resistance to many beach areas and bars/restaurants. It isn't really in zona dorada. You have to walk pretty far to those places but it's possible. The hotel staff is great. It's simple but has pretty much everything you need.

This hotel is a perfect hidden gem. It’s clean and neat everything. Definitely recommend.

Very small hotel with absolutely 0 amenities. we had 4 rooms. Two had no towels. Rooms only had 2 very small water bottles. Not a place for seniors as there is no elevator and no one to assist with baggage. One of our members walked right into the front door of the hotel as there was nothing in the window, (design or something) and he cut himself and was treated by a staff member. He had a nice knob on his head the following day. No one on staff spoke english, but they were nice ladies. Lots of small things. The rating is much too high and should be listed as a two star tops

Great location. Lots of places to walk to in the area. Go to the Birria Tacos place next door, delicious food. Caro and Maricela provided excellent service at Kavia

Not to recommend Overpriced No elevator no parking on site I had to negóciate with valet across the street .

Smell sewer

Very clean and comfortable and good pricing just not very kid friendly or accessible for wheelchair or strollers (no elevator)
