Location is perfect to visit Cartagena! Very central. Front desk were very helpful if you needed something! I will go the same hotel if I want to visit again Cartagena

Excellent place, very convenient location, staff is amazing, service amazing highly recommend it. Just note it is a busy area and has some working ladies outside walking the streets regularly. They don’t bother you and they didn’t bother us so it was fine.

Pool area needs some caring and cleaning. Noisy room on the 4th floor due to the restaurant early morning and the rooftop all night.

Modern Upscale boutique hotel, in prime location for exploring the old city. Professional and courteous staff, added to our enjoyment of our stay. If you can get a balcony room, they are a little noisier than an interior courtyard room, but from the balcony, you can experience the hustle and bustle of old Cartagena.

This hotel is right in the heart of the city with an amazing staff. We were steps to everywhere and the hotel staff was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

My room had a window but it faced interior walls, which is not ideal. However, it is an older building and they did a good job with sound proofing and ventilation (the room did not smell musty or moldy like some similar hotels in the area). Service is excellent, rooftop view is very nice, location is very convenient

Don’t stay on the 4th floor or at least not 406 because it’s so loud from the moving of furniture of the restaurant above. At 10pm and 6:24-6:30am it was so loud as people dragged around the furniture. They offered to move us rooms the 2nd evening but at that point we just didn’t want to move all our stuff. They should put felt at the bottom of tables and chairs to make less noise.
Welcome drink was 10/10. Vibes were great. Breakfast was very average, could have had more and better fresh fruit.

The Voila Centro Historico is excellent. Great location and everything was within walking distance. Staff is great and go out of there way to ensure you are accommodated and try to communicate with you in English. Some staff did speak English and those that did not always found someone that understood so they can help you. Enjoyed the free breakfast and coffee every morning of our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cartagena. If visiting Cartagena again, I will definitely be staying here.

I Enjoyed my stay here. Plenty of restaurants, shops and clubs in the area. Very walkable, I felt safe at this hotel and in the area while being a solo traveler

Great location. Lovely room, comfy bed and pillows and spotlessly clean.
Most of the staff were helpful and friendly.
We did have an issue on checking out when we were charged for 2 bottles of water that we hadn’t had. They had they could not provide a signed receipt. They eventually said we didn’t have to pay and it was no problem. But no apology. Without this I would have scored excellent for everything.

It is located right in the middle of the main attractions of Cartagena all within walking distance. Bars and restaurants all within walking distance also

Everything was great! We love Cartagena. The hotel very convenient, close to everything. The staff and manager were very nice all the time! Making sure we had a great time in Colombia. We will definitely stay again in this hotel. Thank you to everyone!

Hotel was perfect! Walk everywhere, the only bad part was that we had a balcony so it was too much noise outside.
