A property that is wrong…. But in a really good way. This is a newish (told one year old) property that is up to date with such a lot of things needed for a traveller. Cleanliness is excellent, bathrooms very good, although to wash your face / shave you need to use the shower soap dispenser as there is not one close to the sink, but a minor problem. Dual purpose sockets with USB points. Friendly and helpful staff. WiFi is intermittent on 5 th floor, perhaps boosters needed, but again a problem solved by staff. All in all I enjoyed the stay and would recommend on my current stay 21-24 April 2024.

My room was small but enough for my stay. Modern, clean and comfortable! I would return in a heartbeat!

Very friendly and accommodating staff!

We had an unfortunate stay at another accommodation so we booked the Alvea at the very last moment. Check in is at 2pm but we turned up at 10 am hoping to leave our bags and return later. The reception staff were so welcoming and friendly and luckily they gave us room keys straight away. We only stayed 2 nights at the hotel but ithe 3 of us are disappointed to leave for Cebu Its in a great spot near the market., SM and Baywalk. We could not fault the hotel or staff in anyway at all. There is a lovely French themed cafe/bar in which the service again as so friendly. If i could mKe one small recommendation the hotel needs a pool. It is the only thing missing to make it an even better hotel.

Was fooled by the Expedia photos that were posted generalizing every room. Booked a deluxe queen room expecting a refrigerator in the room, which I needed, only to find there was no refrigerator, even for the exorbitant prices that I paid for this room. Staff tried to sell me an upgrade to a room which would’ve included a fridge, for almost double the price, not very happy about this. The staff were friendly the property was clean and the dining room and café attached were quite good. Still not happy about the misleading advertising of what amenities were included in the room though.

The hotel is very clean, and potable water is provided on every floor. The breakfast buffet was very good. If we return to Puerto Princesa, we would definitely like to stay here again.

Clean properly, far from restaurants

Really clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Helped with booking tour, provided complementary airport transfer and gave great local area tips. Hotel is also close to City Baywalk Park if you like 6am exercise with the locals. SM Centre is also a short walk away and is great for shopping. Strongly recommended hotel.

The staff went well out of their way to help us. They were so kind. Thank you to Snokey, one of the front desk staff. All the ladies were helpful. Will stay again.

Although the property was not in the most upscale location, the hotel was very clean, well kept and quiet. We stayed for three nights on our way to El Nido. The staff was extremely helpful with booking tours and with scheduling transportation. The van driver and security seemed to always be right there a available. The hotel van was readily available for taking us to two malls, Bay walk and restaurants for a small fee and they also picked us up from the airport. We arrived after 9PM although we scheduled the late check in ahead of time. I believe the restaurant on site stayed open late just to accommodate us the night we arrived. The beef and tomatoes sauce pasta was good although the baguette sandwiches were a little hard. There is a pharmacy and laundromat in walking distance from the hotel. There was free breakfast every morning. I recommend getting to breakfast buffet early before nine so it will still be hot. On the third morning the breakfast was prepared to order so that was great. The half day tour on the air conditioned van was also nice as we went to several places with incredible scenes. My favorite was seeing the Palaw'an tribe and getting to take photos with them and learning how they loved. I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay there again. FYI...the trike ride from Robinson's mall back to the hotel was 100 pesos.

Staff were good and the rooms were clean and new. They offer free airport shuttle which was a huge bonus (they are also close to the airport). Excellent stay overall.

Room is super clean including the bed sheets, soft comforters snd pillows, and towels. This place is the cleanest I’ve been into for my several years of visiting puerto princesa. Staff are all courteous, friendly and helpful. Shuttle service is superb. Roof top restaurant is nice and clean. My only thing is the small room and limited counter to work on and place your usual stuff. But yes, I will stay here again.

Hotel room and bathroom is a bit small but has everything you need. Very clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Great location on the main road and easy to walk to many points of interests.

New built and clean but there was no variety of complimentary breakfast, they had served same kind of foods for 3 days, which was quite disappointing. It did not match the price i paid .

Great experience, good wifi, free shuttle service to the airport, good location, friendly staff, and good breakfast. Hotel appears to be new, due to the excellent conditions of the amenities.
