Stayed just for the pool. It was great.

The room was clean, however there were tiny black flies an our towels? Maybe from vent? Soap and shampoo were tiny, had to buy them. On Sunday took a dip in the pool and there were no towels and people told front desk and no one came.

Very nice stay. Check in was great. Breakfast good, rooms were nice. Close to outlets and hiking.

Room was great but we didn’t enjoy being woke up by someone’s dog barking and the smell of someone smoking pot was a bit much at times would definitely stay there again if ever back in the area

We decided to stay at this property because of their great reviews online but it was just ok. We stayed in room 322. There were parts if the bed comforter that were stained and stains in the bathroom. We found pretzel bits on the floor (I have a 1 year old who picked it up and wanted to put it in his mouth). We stayed for one night and payed nearly $270 and honestly we probably could’ve stayed at another hotel nearby and payed less and received the same service. The front desk receptionist at check in was nice and efficient. The pool was nice. They do have a playground in the back but it was hard to enjoy since there were people who had their big dogs there and they barked at us. Breakfast was ok. I do not eat pork and could not tell if the sausage was beef, pork, or Turkey. Coffee was watery.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Everything went perfectly.

This is the ultimate in relaxation and celebration. Having the King suite with jacuzzi tub, is so romantic and the perfect get away. Would recommend to anyone that wants to get away ftom it all.

Loved everything, should be more than just 2 starts... A couch (sofa) would have been enjoyable in the room to be able to watch tv with out laying in the bed

We love this hotel, it’s our 3rd time staying here with our son who is 7. Staff is so nice, cost is reasonable and the pool is amazing

This hotel was clean and well kept. Towels were well stocked with the correct number for each guest. The pool was great for our children. The water slide was a favorite. We would stay at this hotel again, but wouldn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. The woman restocking food was rude to guests. Yelling at them to throw their waffle batter cups out and pointing to the directions on the waffle machine telling a teenage girl to read the directions. Breakfast was mediocre.

2nd time staying here and it was great. Rooms are nice and clean. Beds are comfy. Breakfast is very good. Pool area and hot tub is great. Only thing I would like to see different would be extending the pool/hot tub area hours. Staying open longer then 9 would be really good. We usually stay here and go to The Great Escape amusement park and by the time we eat dinner and go back to the hotel to relax and swim there's not much time. A fire pit somewhere on the property would be great as well! Will continue to stay here. 3 bed room option is really great also.

We stayed 1 night here. Lets start at the pool area, the chlorine burned your eyes even if you werent in the water. Everyone was coughing from it. The whole reason we stayed here was for the pool but my kids got about 10mins of play and were sick from the chlorine. The room..the a/c was so freaking loud. You couldnt shut it off or it felt like 100 degrees in there sp had to leave it on. Ask front about it they said theres not much they could do as the ac is old. I spent more money staying here then i did for 4 nights down the road.

The staff was amazing good hospitality good breakfast and Angie was very friendly and nice . Great stay we will definitely return.

Between the indoor pool with water slide and bedrooms with 3 queen beds, this was a fabulous hotel 😊

My stay was great. Love how close it was to everything! Room was great as well included 3 beds and was spacious. The pool was a plus but couldn't enjoy it as much as we would have liked because the clorine was extremely powerful.

This place is absolutely great. Super clean and staff make everything easy from check-in to check-out. Huge plus for being pet friendly(extra fee). Would recommend for any/everyone

Booked at the same time as my friend through Expedia I had no issue with check-in, she did. Literally made her jump through hoops to get a room…which made me annoyed because we booked the same type of room at the same time. Finally she was checked in(young girl with dark curly hair and a blonde manager were both useless and cold). She ended up getting a room with two beds only. I spoke to another manager the next morning with long dark hair a bit older. She was great she apologized and got my friend moved to what I thought would be a room with three beds, but it was a two room suite with a kitchen no with 2 beds and a sofa bed. Sofa bed was not comfortable, but it was a nice room and my friend was happy with the service recovery. Rooms were clean, however one set of bathroom amenities for three people? That makes no sense especially with how hard it is to get anything out of those bottles. I did like the quality of the bathroom amenities. The hotel felt safe, has a nice playground, nice pool, grills outside and is close to the outlets and everything else. The girl with dark curly hair with a nose ring and some tattoos that checked her in was not saying good morning to us after the initial issue as if we did something wrong which was plain rude. The lady at breakfast was great. The breakfast was great as well. The housekeeper threw away my receipts when she serviced my room which were neatly stacked next to my things. If it’s not in the trash don’t throw things out!

The property was nice and my kids loved all the things to do there, but staff was not friendly at all. They werent rotten and we didnt have issues but they never smile, never make eye contact, say bare minimum. We felt like a bother just checking in. Other than that we really like the facility.

We had an alright stay. Our bed was not even and made you feel like you were falling off the edge. We had only a small bottle of shampoo and bar of soap, absolutely no conditioner. The woman I dealt with several times at the front desk wasn’t warm and welcoming. There were areas that were not super clean and they kept the temperature freezing. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the free breakfast was pretty good. Wi-Fi was horrible and we had repeated trouble staying connected. Room was also smaller than we believed and we got a large room. Kind of disappointed with the experience overall.

They need to adjust the door closers for every room... every door slams when it is left ... All you hear all day and night is the people up and dowwn the hall's doors slamming
