Bernadette the inn keeper is great! The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Perfect location. We had a nice visit. We’ll be back.

We had a room with a deck looking across the road at the ocean - what could be better????

Our stay was fantastic!! The owner is so kind & helpful. The room was nice & cozy with a homey feeling. We were able to walk to the Asbury Park boardwalk. 10/10 would stay again. We were actually sad that our room wasn't available to stay in for another night.

Excellent location in ocean grove and a very helpful and obliging innkeeper. Rooms are small and could do with more amenities, and there is no elevator (steep Stairs)

First time staying at The Beachliner and will definitely come back. Most B&B 's feel like you are staying at your Aunt's house with all the antiques and Victorian furniture. This is not the type of place, spacious room, nice, clean and modern beach vibes in the rooms and public areas. Bernadette the innkeeper was great! So friendly and available. Great breakfast and the afternoon lemonade was deelish. Steps from the beach and a cool, chill vibe. Ocean Grove was very cute and relaxing, but if you want a little more nightlife, you are a short walk to Asbury. The best of both worlds.

Loved prompt attention when I arrived to the wrong (not yet cleaned) room. They had me a new room in less than 5 minutes, complete with AC. Bed was super comfortable. The building is quite old so the shower and bathroom wasn’t in the best shape (crooked floors/shower doors not aligning) but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Lovely to have the coffee/breakfast/ice available. We were able to stop in and use the restroom even after checkout while we were enjoying the beach.

The Beachliner hotel was such a beautiful experience. The hotel was right on the beach and in a beautiful community. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shared balconies in each floor had a nice view of the beach. The host Bernadette was wonderful, fully available during our whole stay and very accommodating. Delicious breakfast was fresh and served daily in the morning in the lobby. Overall a 10/10 and would definitely recommend and stay again!

The property is nothing like the pics. It is much much smaller and dilapidated. A shelf in our room was falling off, soap was not refilled, toilet paper was used up, we had a coffee machine in the room but the pot was missing. asked for a blanket over text (there was nobody on premises) and was sent (over text) to a disgusting utility closet where comforters were piled up i. The shower stall. Location was nice - near the beach. If not for location, i would give it 1 star

Room was too small. Air conditioner in order to cool was too loud, intrusively loud. The breakfast was more typical of a chain motel offering. Staff was efficient and available, location excellent.

This hotel has steep stairs. Great location for the beach.

My wife and I stayed at the Beachliner for a few days. It was our first time in Ocean Grove. We were pleasantly suprised at how clean and safe the area felt. We enjoyed staying at the Beachliner as it was very close to the beach which was convenient. Bernadette was very responsive and helpful for all of our needs. Great little inn in a wonderful beach town.

The facility was very conveniently located to the beach and a 10 minute walk to Asbury. Our room was very clean and the staff was polite and addressed all of our needs. Staff communicated very well.

Amazing location and service throughout was impeccable. The room was clean, well maintained, and a good size for our family. Can’t beat the location, right next to the beach and walking distance to all the bear that ocean grove and Asbury park have to offer. We found a new favorite place for our young family!

Great location, close to the beach, close to the downtown. The facility was very nice and looked recently redone, rooms were large and nice - exactly what you want from a bed-and-breakfast. they had a great continental breakfast with mid afternoon warm cookies and lemonade, and the staff were both friendly and accommodating.

I had a great stay! The place was near the beach and that was a must have for me since I was looking for relaxation and beach time. The staff had passes for sale making it easy and affordable for beach access. We had snacks in the lobby all day with coffee provided by the staff.

A lovely boutique hotel. Very attractive decor. Very attentive staff, well appointed with coffee, water and fresh baked cookies. The mezuzahs were a great comfort in my coming and going.

The location is dead on the beach and somehow the parking seems to work in your favor. My room was clean and safe. However, the tv had a weird error I could not remove (i was only stayn one night & didn’t feel like the hassle) and the shower head angle didnt work, it was hella awkward. Would I go back though, probably for the convenience.
