We were a family of 7 adults and a one year old. House was perfect! Well stocked kitchen, large and comfortable outdoor area both covered and open. Great small pool, lots of room to spread out. Location is great-close to everything but quiet and secluded in Truman Annex.

The large kitchen was perfect for all of our meal prep needs, the outdoor lounging spaces were sublime, the location was walkable to all of the major attractions. We enjoyed the visits by the iguana as well! There was a minor issue with getting the pool heat turned on which took a couple of calls to the office so would suggest calling before you arrive to verify that it will be on. Other that that, everything was perfect and we would absolutely stay here again!

Yes the house has patios all around it accessible from all the bedrooms and the kitchen and the living room and it is hey gorgeous place to call home for a week.The inside is laid out very well there’s plenty of space and for eight people and you have more than enough room in the house. There is plenty of beds, bedding, seats to sit down, places to squirrel away and read a book and lounge chairs out by the pool. There are plenty of linens and there are towels for everyone so that you can comfortably sit outside. But the most spectacular part of this house is the kitchen and all of the items that you have at your disposal. If you are planning to come with your large family or a group of friends you will find everything you need there. The only items that I wished I had brought more of were Tupperware containers and Ziploc bags to put my leftovers when we cooked in so that we could easily store them in the fridge. A few extra chip clips would’ve helped as we opened many bags of chips while we were snacking so I wish I had brought a few more of them. If you do like to cook, you will need to bring your own spices, olive oil etc. with you so that you can spice up your food the way you want to. The house is beautiful. It was very Clean and pool was perfect. We are gonna miss our Lizard friends. The house had just enough curtsies to get us started with toilet paper, dish detergent, sample shampoo, etc. Home has wooden shutters we used in case storm Elsa hit the most southern point of Key West. Lucky it blew around us and only heavy rain over night. :-) We felt safe and Living Easy, within walking distance to everything. Duval st. Went to Truman White House and Hemingways.We were very pleased with the property managers quick response to fix a protruding nail on the railing to the second floor.

We really needed this time together with our college girls especially after this crazy year. The house was so cozy and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and backyard especially because it was so private and we spent most mornings and nights on the porch eating and talking. The beach was a quick bike ride away and we were so close to great restaurants where we picked up our food to go. Although we were very stressed about the virus we felt very safe during our week. Everyone worse masks and restaurants were not at capacity and some took temps. Although we only ate out 3 times we enjoyed all the food on the island using Ubereats and biking to get it to go. We loved the house and loved eating in after a day of sun and biking and beach. The 4 bathrooms were the best! We each claimed one and no arguments on who goes first! Loved having master on first floor. We loved our week and wish we were still there!
