Everything was just like the photos, perfect property for a family holiday and not to far from all the tavernas and beaches.

An amazing villa with fabulous facilities in an excellent location just 10min walk to the beach and centre of Plakias. Beautiful fixtures and fittings. Comfortable beds with Extra bedding and blankets provided. Well stocked with cooking pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware. Lots of outside space, grass and tiled areas, Sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs. Beautifully clean. Secure parking. Paul was a very responsive host who went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Including greeting us at 4:30am in the morning after our flight was significantly delayed. The homemade olive oil was also exceptional. As a family of 5 we had a great holiday and really enjoyed our stay at Paul’s Villa. We would highly recommend this villa and host.

Great place close to beautiful beach and great restaurants. Very modern, perfectly equipped. FANTASTIC PLACE FOR FAMILIES! And how was the approach of the owners? OUTSTANDING!!! FRIENLDY!!! JUST WOW!!!

Set in its own grounds it felt secluded but well located a great location for a short walk to the beach and into centre of Plakias. We particularly liked that the villa was very well equipped for cooking and dining in which we like to do with wonderful local Cretan produce.

Hard pressed to think of anything we missed perhaps the lack of a chopping board and pestle and mortar! and softer pillows!

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. Host was very helpful and very polite, he helped us a lot to discover Plakias. The house is new, big ,quiet and very cozy. It has everything you will need for having the ideal holidays. The pool and the garden stand out. We will definately be back!
