Bartenders were super friendly and helpful. Tried to eat at the restaurant but they had no room so we sat at the bar and ate. Reception came in clutch, getting us a ride from Brasov to Bucharest when the trains were sold out. Room was spacious and clean. Close to old town. I would definitely recommend.

Arrived exhausted early after a long trip from the US. The staff was so nice to accommodate an early check in when a room was available. Excellent breakfast buffet.

This hotel was a great find!! It was conveniently located, clean, with excellent amenities. The staff were all helpful and courteous. We were particularly appreciative of Dennis who took the time to help us with a couple of small appliances in the room and also told us all about the hotel’s offerings.

Not a 5 star hotel experience. Staff needs more training and experience. Having one more valet parking/ concierge wouldn’t hurt either!!

We had an amazing stay at Radisson in Braşov! The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The hotel staff were polite and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with patience and professionalism. Special thumbs-up to Corina at the front-desk who assisted us with multiple questions!
The only cons is the parking, which can be a bit tricky if you prefer to park in the proximity of the hotel.

The property was in a great location. The room was spacious and clean and had all of the amenities. The breakfast was excellent. Parking is an issue but we used valet which was great. (Thanks Robert!)

Property is great and location is fantastic- close to everything. One disappointment we had was with hotel valet parking. We were going to leave the hotel at 8am but were told that valet guy doesn’t come until 9am. No one told us that ahead of time. The valet guy was 10min late to work and took another 20min to bring the car. We left late because of it and got stuck in major traffic. Otherwise the staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is good. Good clean rooms and fairly quiet. No issues.

The service there is very basic. Most of the hires are trainees and have no clue how to present their services. When trying to discuss some matters with them, none of them including managers can help. Through my membership i was supposed to get an upgrade and of course they insisted that no room is available. A quick check on the app, suggested 2 more rooms of the class above would have been available. They said it must be a system error, while Hotels confirmed they are available. Very very disappointing. When asking about adding an additional (foldable) bed or anything my daughter can sleep on, they said they don't have any of such things to provide, hence expecting us to sleep all together in 1 queen bed for the entire stay. The restaurant is empty despite the fact that they praise it as the top 10 of Brasov. Very unlikely given that they don't have staff ready to bring you to your table and you end up looking around to figure out what to do or for who to wait. Overall very very basic services and I am wondering if they got 5 stars due to the name. Many hotels in the area are much better.

Overall we were pleased with our stay. We extended our original booking by 2 nights and am happy we were able to do so.
I know I purchased two premium rooms, am not sure why we were told we only got one ?? Also, I wish the pool area had its own umbrellas. Also, I’ve asked at the reception to have one of two rooms I had cleaned and by next day at noon we were still waiting. Otherwise the staff was super nice and professional. We absolutely loved the staff at the Sky Bar ! So so attentive
And accommodating.

Came for a wedding. Not a five star hotel, the lobby is small and reminds me of a motel 8, dirty dishes and glasses lying around all evening. No water or coffee in the lobby and staff that ignores you when your standing right at check in. Rooms are okay but the bathroom is awkward with the door opening into the toilet and the shower floods water everywhere. Room dusty and sticky remotes. Housekeepers keep walking in on our room before check out time. Lots of options in the area for hotel, chose something else. Location is great across from a beautiful park and right next to historic sites and old cobblestone streeets with lots food and dining options.

We had an amazing stay At Raddison Blu Aurum. The staff were super friendly. The only thing i believe would have made things easier is to have precise information regarding car parking. I honestly struggled with this but I found that it was simply parking on the road opposite the hotel for 24 lei per day. unfortunately, the girl at reception desk did not tell us this.

The property in my opinion is in one of the best areas in Braşov. It is convenient to old town, bus terminal and if necessary you can walk to rail station. Loved it.

The service at reception was extremely poor. The receptionists seemed not to be interested at all in our well-being. One day we return to our room and found that it had not been done. When I call to complain we did not even get an apology

We felt very comfortable in the Radisson Blu and the location so near the Braşov city center made it perfect to explore the town. Breakfast at the hotel was top notch and staff extremely welcoming, helpful and kind. We would definitely return.

Staff was all helpful and friendly. Room was great- clean and beautiful view. Iulia was working the executive lounge and gave us great tips of where to go. David was extremely helpful when we had a problem with a rental car even calling and translating for us. Great hotel and staff will definitely recommend

Amazing location, clean and modern, comfortable bed, friendly staff, and I couldnt get enough of the mint chocolate almonds. Parking is tricky but having a valet took the pressure off. I would happily stay here again!

Great hotel with all its amenities: restaurant and bar, rooftop pool and bar. Everyone is very polite and very helpful. Great location downtown very convenient to all touristic places within walking distance. Rooms are very spacious, modern and very clean. The new boy downside of it is that at the time you book they tell you parking available. After you pay they tell you that parking is at 400 m away and is 92 Ron per night. It’s fun crossing intersections dragging luggage behind you…

Hotel is relatively new having opened middle of last year. So the room is new and spacious. Mithut from the front desk was warm and friendly. Great location within Brasov city centre.
Couple of lacklustre bits. Shortly after check-in, the glass water bottle in our room suddenly "exploded" sending water and shards of glass around the minibar area. We reported the incident to front desk before heading out. When we came back at night, the broken bottle was still I the room. We reported it again to front desk. But nothing happened. So we reported another time, and Alex from the night team came by to provide new bottles. Rather poor service in this regard.
Had our complimentary drinks at the bar where service was practically non-existent. We had to get menu and order drinks on our own.

They understood the predicament and immediately arranged an upgraded room for us. We received an amazing room with a lovely view that makes the heart feel good. The hotel staff is amazing, amazing and amazing again. and caring. It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel. An excellent breakfast accompanied by pleasant service. The cleanliness of the rooms is exemplary. An excellent mattress, clean sheets and towels smell good and the room is equipped with everything required and beyond. Excellent location. Staff dismissive and rude with a few notable excellent exceptions. Don’t bother paying extra for a balcony unless you are looking forward to sitting on the floor as no furniture on the quite large outdoor balconies.
